CHAPTER-11

"POKER FACE"

Ace and Joey followed the waiter to the third floor.

"Please,go in,"the waiter showed them to a room and told them to go in.

"Thank you,"Ace thanked politely, then went inside.

"What?"he asked Joey who was giving him a wired look.

"Nothing. Just, you're so polite. You might want to drop that if you're going play an angry ex-millitary,"Jeoy said.

Ace became embarrassed. He was used to be polite to people despite of their profession or social status. It was something his father had taught him.

"I'll be careful,"Ace said.

Joey patted his shoulder in encouragement.

Both of them walked inside a very sophistically furnished room.

The room had a couch in a corner and another table in the middle of the room. It was a poker table.

There was a colorful light, making the room looking blue and green.

There was also a soft music playing at the background.

Ace saw Miller and the other man sitting on the poker table.
