Teaching that sounds fun.

"No wonder Skyeye moved on so fast." Bartwood smiled. Mercury tries to break free of Bartwood's hold of him.

"Bartwood." A voice called for him. Bartwood lets Mercury go and walks over to the voice. Mercury got up and stood there in rage in front of a few cats that saw him as the patrol leader pinned to the ground like prey.

"Hello Warrior Clawalker." Bartwood greeted him.

"I need you when the sunrise touches the old oak tree, go to the Winter Castle it's important," Clawalker instructed.

"Understood Sir," Bartwood said.

"Please Bartwood, we were apprentices together just Clawalker." Clawalker walked away. Bartwood nodded and went back to his duty, as the Sunrise rested on the old oak tree.

Bartwood walks through the castle hall passing pictures of all the Royal Cats. A voice was behind him.

"Bartwood!" Vineglow skipped toward him.

"Vineglow good to see you again!" Bartwood smiled and hugged them.

"I forgot you a big hugger." Vineglow smiled. Bartwood ruffle their fur. The hall door opens.

"Hurry you two." Clawalker was outside the door. Bartwood and Vineglow went inside the throne room, with King Whisper and Skyeye.

"I wanted Skyeye for her amazing sight." Whisper assured. Clawalker looked. "Where is my apprentice?" Clawalker added.

"He busy." Skyeye smiled. Vineglow pulls out a map. Showing the river path to the water hole, next to the Fall path close to the Fall Academy.

"The herd of deer is close to the school and we create a new path for the young cats," Vineglow noted.

"Yes, that's why I ask for Bartwood he is stronger and bigger than me," Clawalker admitted.

"The famous Warrior knows his defeat," Whisper smirked. Clawalker put his ears down.

"Anyway, my KING, we will take care of the herd and you can sit on your Royal ass all day." Clawalker walks out the door.

Whisper watched as the door closed. As he was by himself in an empty throne room, it was dark, cold, and chill down his tail. He just stands there alone until the door opens.

"Father?" Whistle walks into the throne room. Whisper looks at her and stares at her. "Come my blood." Whistle walks out of the throne room. Whistle was behind him.

"Why are you behind me like a common soldier?" Whisper asked.

Whistle pace a little faster. As they made it to the garden.

Fall Den

Leaf was cleaning herself. "Mom I'm hungry." Sunblast groaned.

Sunburst jumped down from the tree she slept in with two birds in her mouth walked over to Leaf and Sunblast and placed the birds down.

"Sunburst?" Leaf looks at her. "I know you can't hunt so I got this," Sunburst replied.

"Wow thank you I guess." Leaf expressed. Sunblast starts eating, Sunburst was licking her injured front leg. Leaf was eating with Sunblast. After a while, the three cats were taking a new path to go to the school.

"Tracker." Sunblast waves his paw around, Tracker turns his head and Mercury looks and walks over to Leaf. "You owe me a sorry Leaf." Mercury threatened.

"What," Leaf growled.

"Dad let go please," Tracker whined. "Shut up!" Mercury shouted.

"Hey!" Sunburst got between them. Mercury put his ears down.

"Sorry Mercury, but we need to go, Tracker, you coming?" Leaf asked. Tracker followed behind them.

"Son?" Mercury sighed. Sunburst whispers in his ear. "You learn nothing." Sunburst walks away.

Sunburst and Leaf were walking up front, and Sunblast and Tracker were behind them.

"Tracker?" Sunblast looked at him.

"You lucky Sunblast." Tracker sighed.

"I wish I could do something for him," Leaf said.

"There is nothing you can do." Sunburst blurted.

"I am the principal Sunburst, I can do something." Leaf sighed.

"Yes, you can." She noted.

"Wait I can't help him but also I can?" Leaf tilted her head toward Sunburst.

"Are you helping Tracker cause he is one of your students or are you helping him because Skyeye is your friend?" Sunburst looks at her. Leaf looked back at her son and Tracker as they were talking and laughing.

"I want to help." Leaf smiled. Sunburst looks behind, "Fight, fight-" Sunburst shouted. "Sunburst!" Leaf nudges her.

At Fall Academy

"So how many little fur balls am I teaching?" Sunburst admitted.

"10 young cats for each class but in your case you're not alone." Leaf noted.

"Oh, I can teach the kids and help a future teacher at the same time you know me so well Leaf." Sunburst grinned.

"No, see I talked with the King and some of the teachers and.....do with your uh....disable we came from the best idea so far." Leaf trailed off.

"What did you do Leaf?" Sunburst's tail hair was standing up. A young adult cat was standing in front of them.

"Warrior Apprentice Spiritstalker, here to help Teacher Sunburst." He cheered. Leaf smiled and looked at Sunburst.

"What the F-" Leaf covers Sunburst's mouth.

Back at the Garden

Whisper and Whistle were staring at each other. Whistle was flinching her tail this was the first time they had stayed in the same room without soldiers or at least the Warrior. Whistle opens her mouth.

"So Father-"

"Whatever you are about to say is useless my blood." He countered. Whistle turns her head and wraps her tail around her front paws.

"You will start your training soon in a few days the banquet is coming up no one is going to protect you." He added.

"I understand Father." Whistle uttered. Whistle circled her as if she was prey.

"Good, my child now get some sleep you look weak." Whistle walk around. Whistle relaxed her body and sighed.

Back at the Fall Academy

"Hello everyone this is your new teacher, Sunburst." Leaf smiled. The young cats were whispering.

"Say something, Sunburst." Leaf looks at her.

"Hello little ones as your principal says I will be your new teacher I hope we can get along for now." Sunburst turns her eyes away. A young cat raised their paw.

"Yes, you have a question Gentle?" Leaf said.

"I would like to change classrooms." Gentle announced. The young cats were gasping and whispering.

"And why is that Gentle?" Leaf asked. Gentle is one of the best students in the Fall Academy and is the first apprentice to a Head Medic.

"What can this Teacher do for me with an injured leg?" Gentle asked. Sunburst's eyes sharpened as she stared at this young cat.

"I understand that Sunburst was your former

teacher and you're being generous, by giving her a job but what can she teach besides fighting?" Gentle added.

"Now Gentle that being rude," Leaf said. Sunburst put her injured paw on Leaf's shoulder.

"No it's fine Leaf, Miss High Achiever can't handle it." Sunburst smiled. Gentle flinched and her tail's hair stood up.

"She can change classes if it's too hard for her." She smirked.

"No, I will stay and handle it." Gentle hissed.

"Wonderful, now everyone leaves early today, and don't forget to take the new path home," Leaf announced. As the teachers and the students leave the school.

"That new teacher is gonna be a pain." Gentle growled.

"I can't wait to learn from her." Trickster smiled.

"Yeah, she was my Uncle's former teacher maybe I might get amazing treatment," Tracker smirked. Sunblast was silent on the pathway.

"Sunblast what is wrong? Sunburst is a teacher now." Trickster smiled.

"It's not the same I want her to myself." Sunblast sighed. Tracker pounced on him.

"Guess what Sunbutt, she is teaching everyone," Tracker said. Sunblast tackled Tracker down.

Training Ground

Clawalker was drawing a plan. Vineglow was watching him, Bartwood was lying down, and Skyeye was looking around. "Warrior!" Spiritstalker was running.

"Spiritstalker, good you here now time for the plan," Clawalker said.

Water Hole

Clawalker and Bartwood were behind a tree, Skyeye was high in the tree watching the deer. "What are we waiting for?" Bartwood asked.

"My signal." Clawalker clawed at the tree. Skyeye waved her tail. Spiritstalker dash in the herd. As the deer panicked and ran around. Then a male deer ran toward Spiritstalker, He dashed through the forest.

"Now!" Clawalker followed behind the male deer and Bartwood kept up with them. "I wanted a female deer but all the same!" Clawalker pacing.

Fall Path

Leaf was strolling down the path and Sunburst was limping beside her.

"I can slow down," Leaf said.

"What are you, my mother?" Sunburst protested.

"You grew up in the orphanage during the war," Leaf said.

"Yes, but I put brats like you in their place." Sunburst laughed. They were talking and laughing until there was rumbling to the ground.

"Whoa, strong deer," Sunburst admitted.

"Yeah, that's why Skyeye didn't work today." Leaf answer.

"It's not the first time I taught Clawalker well." Sunburst smiled.

The rumbling got louder. "Best we get home fast." Leaf sighed.

"Leaf to a tree now!" Sunburst shouted.

Four young cats flinch and turn their heads.

"Kids climb!" Leaf knows when Sunburst shouts it means business, she hasn't heard Sunburst yell like that in years.

Everyone climbs the same tree. The rumbling turns into a stampede. "Whoa!" Tracker said.

Spiritstalker was in the front. "Apprentice?!" Sunburst yelled.

"Hey, teacher!" Spiritstalker smiled.

"Run faster you dumbass!" Sunburst yelled. Spiritstalker flinched and dashed faster.

Bartwood & Clawalker dart to the male deer. Clawalker jumped on the deer's back and Bartwood clawed on the deer's neck.

Deer jumps around. Deer was down as the neck was bleeding. "We did it!" Clawalker shouted. Skyeye gallops to them.

Sunburst jumps to the ground walks over to them, and stops in front of Clawalker.

"I did it Sunburst, now you can trust me again," Clawalker smirked.

"Why was Spiritstalker used as bait?" Sunburst asked. He jumped.

"Spiritstalker was faster so I-"

"Try again, Clawalker why was your apprentice in front instead of you?" Sunburst asked. Clawalker put his head down.

"Calm down Sunburst no one was hurt," Leaf said.

"Okay then Principal Leaf, is this not the new path?!" Sunburst replied.

It was silence no one could say anything. "As the Principal you should know everything correct?" Sunburst asked.

"And as a Warrior, you should know the territory like the back of your paw right Clawalker?"

"You don't trust us after all these years?" Skyeye asked.

"It's hard to trust when all you have from the past is evidence why should I?" She was cold and heartless as she looked at them.

"Is everyone okay?" Tree was dashing toward them.

"Yes, Tree I'm going home." Sunburst was passing her then saw Autumn.

"Sunburst," Autumn said.

"Autumn," Sunburst answered. As the two cats kept walking.

"Vineglow got hurt so I sent them to the Medic." Tree affirmed.

"But why are you on the new path?" Autumn asked.

"Oh but there were two claw marks on two different trees," Spiritstalker replied. They went to the water hole and checked the two trees.

"I marked this tree for the new path." Clawalker pointed to the left tree.

"But your claw mark is wider than the right one but I guess Spiritstalker was running and not looking," Skyeye said.

"Sorry, everyone." Spiritstalker sighed.

"It is not your fault you are my apprentice whatever you do wrong or bad is my responsibility," Clawalker said.

"Looks like we have a traitor in the Seasons Kingdom." Tree estimated.

Everyone gasped.

"Stop it, Sister!" Autumn's face paw Tree's face. Tree laughed and moved Autumn's paw.

"I'm pretty sure it is a bad prank so we don't have to report to the King," Autumn affirmed.

"We can keep it between us until we have the prankster," Clawalker said.

Fall Path

Sunburst was limping down the path.

"Was I too hard on them?" Sunburst guessed herself. She kept walking and stopped at a tree.

"Come out already." Four young cats jump out of the tree.

"You four fur balls were following me?" Sunburst asked.

"We all live the Fall Den teacher." Trickster smiled.

"Except Tracker who lives in both Spring Cave and Winter University." Gentle said.

"Don't put my life out there," Tracker yelled.

The five cats kept walking. Trickster jumps on Sunburst's back.

"Hey! I'm not a steady ride, Speedy." Sunburst said.

"It's fine." Trickster smiled.

"You just have nicknames for everyone don't you, Teacher?" Gentle sighed.

"Of course Miss High Achiever." Sunburst smiled

"Speedy on my back"

"Mr. Suck up."

"Hey!" Tracker yelled.

"And runt."

"Sunblast not listening." Trickster waving her tail around.

"Why become a teacher?" Gentle shared.

"For a friend," Sunburst answered.

"You have a friend?" Trickster got excited.

"Had a friend, Speedy."

"If the war was still going on would any of us see adulthood?" Gentle expressed.

Sunburst stopped walking.

"You want my answer even if it might hurt your feelings?" Sunburst assured.

Four young cats looked at each other and nodded their heads toward Sunburst.

"There are four of you in front of me and to be honest only one would make adulthood," Sunburst admitted.

"Who?" Tracker asked. There was a loud growl.

"Is that a snake?" Trickster asked.

"Nope, my stomach Let go home I want to catch a bird." Sunburst limping by them.

Medic Hall*

"Ow ow ow," Vineglow yelled.

"Hold still you're being a kitten." Nightshade placing banana leaves on their back leg.

"Thanks, shade." Vineglow smiled.

"Don't short my name Vineglow." Nightshade protested. They lower their head.

"Look, Vineglow maybe it's for the best we end the relationship," Nightshade added. Vineglow looked at him there was silence in the Medic chamber.

Vineglow smiled. "Sure, I hope you have a good life." Nightshade look at them.

Winter Castle*

Clawalker was walking down the hallway and made his way to the throne room. King Whisper was sitting on his throne.

"Warrior Clawalker how was the hunt?" Whisper asked.

"We got a male deer but not a female," Clawalker stated.

Whisper addressed. "Is there anything you want to add?"

"No." Clawalker was walking out.

"What about the traitor." Whisper implied. Clawalker turned his head back around.

Whisper's eyes sharpen. "I have spies and I hate you."

Clawalker and Whisper were in close eye contact.

"You are the worst thing that came to this kingdom," Clawalker exclaimed.

"And the only reason you became a Warrior was because you failed the one thing Sunburst asked you to do." Whisper accused. Clawalker lifted his front leg in the air as his claws were out.

"Whoa there." Bartwood bites down on the back of Clawalker's neck and pulls him away. Clawalker is hissing and clawing at Bartwood's fur, Bartwood pinned Clawalker to the ground.

"Just in time big boy." Whisper smiled.

"I'm sorry King Whisper, Clawalker doesn't know when to say the right things." Bartwood bowed his head.

"Let me go you big, fat, fluff cat!" Clawalker contended.

"He just needs to cool down." Bartwood drags Clawalker out of the castle and tosses him in the river.

"What the herb Bartwood?" Clawalker asked.

"You're trying to get yourself killed Walker!" Bartwood shouted. Clawalker flinched.

"I heard every Warrior even during the war try and kill themselves 'cause they get to the point where they gave up." Bartwood sighed.

"I'm not gotta kill myself Bart, I'm just tired." Clawalker sighed.

"We are all tired sometimes I feel like the war is still going on." Bartwood confided.

"True how about we catch some fish?" Clawalker added.

"Walker are you asking me on a date it so soon." Bartwood blushed.

"Shut up!" Clawalker hiss. Bartwood laughed. Back in the castle, in her chamber, Queen Soundwave was reading her books when there was a knock on her door.

"Come in." Soundwave sighed.

"Hello, my Queen." A female voice was behind her. She turns around. "Hello, Tree." Soundwave sighed.

"How about me and you have a walk?" Tree asked. As the two cats walk in the castle garden.

"Did my message reach the Storm Nation?" Soundwave asked.

"Yes, everything is ready," Tree reported.

"Good." Soundwave walked away.

"Tree make sure you don't cause trouble again," Soundwave added.

"Then it's no fun." Tree waves her tail around.

Next day*

Young cats were sitting down waiting for their teacher. Sunburst walks in with Spiritstalker.

"Alright fluff balls today I will be teaching you to catch your prey and also how to hide from predators and Spiritstalker will be demonstrating how to hunt." Sunburst addressed. Spiritstalker nodded.

Sunburst and her class went by the training ground. Spiritstalker was looking around.

"See kids how he looks around but also watch out for danger." Sunburst described. As the young cats watch and focus, Spiritstalker eyes see a rabbit and wave his tail.

"Why isn't he catching it now?" Trickster asked.

"He makes sure the rabbit isn't spooked then catches it by surprise," Sunburst whispered. Spirtstalker bites the rabbit's neck and snaps it.

"Do we have to snap the neck?" Tracker had a shiver down his spine.

"No, but it will be a quick kill if you want to eat, during the war we eat our prey fast," Sunburst said. Spirtstalker came back with the rabbit as his mouth was covered in blood.

"Good boy, you can eat it." Sunburst pets his head. Spirtstalker nodded his head and climbed a tree.

"Is he not gonna share?" A young cat asked.

"He earns it, you will all have to earn your meal no more free with your parents." Sunburst climbs a rock and watches them.

"This is crazy, I'm gotta be a Medic I don't need to hunt." Gentle sighed. Tracker tried to catch a mouse but fell on his face.

"I'm gotta be a warrior I don't need this." Tracker pouted.

"They all show great skills but they have a great life so I'm not surprised they're not putting in the work." Sunburst sighed. Spirtstalker sat beside her.

"Spirtstalker, what do you think of the fluff balls?" Sunburst bugged.

"I can't tell you since I was born when the war was almost over but Sunblast looks like a good fit," Spirtstalker admitted.

"Wait where is his?" Sunburst jumps up and looks around. "Watch the ruts!" Sunburst dash through the forest.

Water Hole*

Sunblast was drinking water. When there was a noise behind him.

"Don't move kid." A voice was behind him. Sunblast flinched.

"Why are you not in class rut?" Sunburst asked.

"Cause I can teach myself, I don't need anyone's help!" Sunblast proclaimed.

"Wow, you're just like me I didn't need anyone's help but I was wrong," Sunburst commented. Sunblast looks at her and tilts his head.

"Let me tell you about the Former Warrior who trained me his name was Eclipse." Sunburst smiled.
