Right before Monte left the room, Marcus had instructed him to reach out to Esper and Byron. He wanted to personally thank them for their help in tracking down the car as well as include them in on the next course of action. 


He wanted to take down Julius once and for all. 


Wolfgang and Bonnie quickly got dressed and made their way down to the kitchens for coffee and a quick breakfast. He knew after having seen those photos that Bonnie was not okay. She was silent and almost distant since Monte had left them alone. 


‘Not only is she upset over seeing just how f*cked up Julius really is, but I have no doubt that she’s still upset with me because I refuse to let her go back to her campus,’ Marcus said to himself.


The two sipped away at their coffee while a heavy silence filled the room. Eventually, he couldn’t take it anymore.


“Bonnie.” She turned her head, but kept her eyes on the counter. “I know you’re still angry from earlier, but soon, this will all be over.”
