Issue #5-Chapter 9,Part 2

When I saw her for the first time, I questioned myself why I was reincarnated as a beautiful woman. I was perfectly safe and pretty much happy about my appearance earlier, yet I was reincarnated as a beautiful slut for some reason. I wished I could swap places with her instead. I could've been back to normal for all I cared.

"Are you alright?" Was all that woman asked me.

I nodded. "Uh-huh, I'm perfectly fine."

"Good." The woman turned the other way. "That's good to hear."

"Um, are you by any chance Aleke?"

The woman quickly turned her face back to me. "Huh?" I tried to repeat the question, yet her hand signal interrupted my speech while shaking her head vertically. "No, don't repeat the question." She put her hand down and gave me her suspicious look on her face, narrowing her eyes. "How did you know my name?"

I remained calm and looked her straight in the eye. I needed to get this old man healed from his heart attack. That was my primary goal. "The old man told me about you."

"What old man?"

"The one who was fat with a bald head," I explained, "He didn't tell me his name, but he saved my life from the lycans earlier and he's now suffering from a heart attack."

Aleke moved her eyes away from me while she was thinking of something. She returned her widened eyes to me when she finally recognized the old man. "Ah, I know him." She turned around and turned her head to me. "Follow me. I'll take you to Silverus. That werewolf would come here at any moment now."

"Oh, O-Okay." I crossed my arms the moment I heard Silverus' name as I reluctantly followed Aleke.

I took a look around and saw the same kind of decor that I last saw when I met the old man for the first time. Except there was no paper or books lying around this time.

Aleke turned her head to me while she led me somewhere. "So you've recently been trapped here?"

"Huh?" Aleke repeated the question. "Oh, yeah. Of course, I am. I think I've been to this place for a couple hours now."

"Ah, I see."

"How about you guys? How long have you guys been here?"

"Oh…that I can't specify. Probably years."

"Oh…and what's his name anyway."

"Who?"

"The old man's."

"Oh, right. His name's Eugene."

"Eugene, huh?"

"Yep, and what's yours?"

"I can't remember my name." I didn't want Aleke to tell Silverus and Eugene my real name. I didn't feel comfortable with that at all.

"Can't remember your name, huh?"

"Nuh-uh. Not at all."

"Ah, I see. Well, you don't need to tell me your name if you can't remember it." Aleke turned back to her destination. "And we're here."

Although I was relieved to hear what Aleke said, Aleke moved the kitchen ingredients out of the way and pushed a button that blended in with the rest of the tiled wall. The secret door slid itself open to the left and the dust emitted from its opening.

When the candle light lit inside the doorway, there was nothing but a stony hallway and the door at the end of it. There weren't even paintings on the walls. It was just a plain hallway and there was nothing to it.

Staring at that door, I knew Silverus had to be in there. There couldn't possibly be anyone other than Silverus. There couldn't be.

Aleke turned her head to face me. "Ready?"

I returned my face to hers and nodded. "Uh-huh." I turned back to the door. "Let's go."

"Okay then." Aleke turned her head back to the door and continued to walk forward, leading me to Silverus.

Now while I followed Aleke's lead, I was nervous about meeting Silverus and thought about him lusting after a pretty girl like me. I tried not to allow these thoughts to dominate my mind, yet I failed to get rid of them so far.

Sighing quietly, I looked up at the ceiling and instead had memories of my old life before I died. I missed that life dearly, especially my old ugly appearance. When I then turned back to Aleke, I wanted to switch bodies with her. Yet somehow that wouldn't happen, would it?

By the time we got there, Aleke opened the door and we entered the room. I scanned the environment with my broadened eyes and mouth opened in amazement.

I saw books and papers lying on the table in the middle and stacked in the bookshelves. There were only a couple crossbows leaning against the other table that was leaning against the wall, where the man was sitting at. A lot of colorful potions were standing near him. The smell and silence spreaded the entire room, and the cold air hitted our skin.

"We've got another survivor, Silverus. This time, she was sent by Eugene to help," Aleke announced as we walked towards him.

"Oh, really?" Silverus turned around and looked me in the eye. "You smell good."

Although Silverus had silver hair, he appeared to be young and handsome, like in his twenties or something like that. With his eyes examining me behind his lens, there were no crow's feet on his face and his beard was coming in. He wore his duly brown outfit that was a little torn and several holes all over it.

Oh, do I now? I smelled myself and the scent smelled as sweet as roses. That was also strange. While I did wore some perfume back in my old world, I liked wearing black cherries one, not the flowery ones.

"And what is your name, miss?" Silverus continued.

"She can't remember her name," Aleke answered for me.

Silverus turned to Aleke, then back at me. "Oh, I see. And you claim you know Eugene."

I reluctantly nodded. "Uh-huh, I do." I explained the same thing as I told Aleke.

"Ah, so Eugene's in trouble, eh?"

"Yes."

Silverus turned to potions on the other table and pulled out certain of them for him to examine closely. He turned back to me. "Alright well, give me a minute and I'll see what I can do."

"Okay," I said.

"And I'll help you out," Aleke said as she was about to walk forward.

"Do as you wish," Silverus said without paying attention to Aleke. He was busy making a potion for Eugene.

While Aleke walked towards Silverus for help, I just stood there and watched. I uncovered my arms the moment Silverus wasn't looking at me. I surveyed the room even more and saw nothing in here worth my time.

Yet the moment I gazed at the mirror, I turned to the cover standing on top of it and covered it up. Glaring at the mirror, I panted with my mouth open and zoned out as my memories of a beautiful girl named Asha was sexually harassed in school from my old world. I wanted to stop thinking about it but struggled to do so, until Aleke called my name.

"Huh?!" I turned to Aleke and panted out of fear. I thought she was Silverus by any means, but I was glad it was her.

I turned to Silverus and I noticed him staring at me. "Are you alright?"

I blushed my cheeks the moment he looked at me. I immediately crossed my arms and turned away from him.

"Hey, are you okay?!" Aleke asked.

"Uh-huh. I'm fine," I answered.

"Why can't you answer me, girl?" Silverus questioned. I didn't bother answering Silverus, especially after he looked at me with my low cut exposed. No way in hell I would. After a while of silence, Silverus narrowed his eyes out of frustration. "Well?! Are you going to answer or not?!"

Then a scream, the banging on the front door and a lycan's roar all the sudden echoed in the room. I was jumpy a bit and turned around, holding onto Aleke tightly. Aleke just gasped and widened her eyes, also holding onto me tight as well. Silverus turned to us and the sound, getting up from his chair, carrying his crossbow and arrows with him for a look out.

"You two stay here while I go check out for anything suspicious outside," Silverus said as he exited the secret room.

"Okay," Aleke answered while I just stood by her side and did not say anything to Silverus. I just hoped he survived in time for the old man to be healed.
