In response to the confirmed infections in various regions, governments and health and military authorities have implemented stringent measures to curb the rapid spread of this contagious outbreak. and because there was no cure yet and vital information was withheld by each corresponding country, the vast majority of infected were no longer alive.

The living dead, which many were fascinated by watching in movie theatres and on their television sets, all became true, making the people more fearful and anxious about the situation. The sudden realization that the fictional scenarios they once enjoyed were now a reality added to the collective sense of disbelief and unease.

The Western continent made sure to stop this so-called ghoul from stepping foot on their land by implementing strict travel restrictions and eradication measures. Because of what happened in other countries, the American government immediately disarmed all of their nuclear weapons, causing other countries that were still attempting to save their homelands from the supernatural plague to question the effectiveness of this decision. The world community was now faced with a key dilemma: how to balance their defence against the disease while guaranteeing international collaboration to battle the shared adversary.

But not knowing what and who can be trusted, many leaders didn't want to take the risk of getting killed by their own weapon and ruining the chance for mankind to recover or have the opportunity to fight back. Additionally, the fear of inadvertently causing more harm than good by unleashing a potentially uncontrollable force further fueled their hesitation. The economy, law and order, medicine—everything that made humanity move and gain absolute dominance was crumbling as chaos had taken over the world, leaving people in a state of fear and uncertainty. Governments are struggling to restore stability and rebuild infrastructure, while individuals are desperately seeking solace and support amidst the chaos.

But the madness has already stepped foot in their land, and now, like the rest, all of this powerful country's inhabitants will face the same horror that has befallen the rest of the world. The once bustling cities now lie in ruins, and the once united society is now divided into factions fighting for survival.

Because of the radiation, many clean and edible fauna and flora were contaminated, posing a significant threat to the health and well-being of both humans and wildlife. Slowly, food production in all devastated and infected locations comes to a halt. The contaminated soil and water sources have made it impossible to cultivate crops or raise livestock, exacerbating the already dire food shortage.

Efforts are now focused on implementing strict control of all available clean food and water, as well as finding alternative sources of sustenance because the imported food and desalinated water supply from other countries stopped being sent to save their inhabitants from a lack of supplies. This has led to massive exploitation of resources and a shift towards more instability among the country's inhabitants, who were facing hunger and death.

Additionally, the lack of access to clean food and water has resulted in widespread malnutrition and weakened immune systems, making the population even more vulnerable to diseases. Each government all around, which was facing so many problems, was now crumbling into ruin as more people got infected and committed widespread killings and vile actions. This lack of cooperation has hindered any progress towards peace and only deepened the suffering of the people.

Everybody, no matter who they are and what social status they were born into, was desperately trying to survive; even the wealthiest businessmen and even royalty became powerless because, even with their vast amounts of gold, money, expensive houses, and luxury cars, they were unable to escape the turmoil and devastation caused by the ongoing conflict and spreading madness.

In a sad, twisted irony, those who were able to resist the madness that started all this misery and death were now fighting among each other just to survive, because dire circumstances forced people from all walks of life to fight and at times do atrocious things to save and obtain food and water to their starving belly, and at the same time fighting those who were in the same situation and praying they didn't get infected by the madness.

This unwavering determination has not failed them, and soon the Vatican City sent out a message that the madness was not man-made nor a natural virus that mutated; the infection was from an evil entity.
