[Vol.2] Chapter 53: OBJECTIONS!

"Tamami", there is no one in this country who hasn't heard of that family name.

Along with the five great families, It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say their family's influence, wealth, and the businesses they own are one of the biggest supporting pillars that kept the economy of Japan afloat. Earning billions every year with a net worth comparable to that of Bill Gates and other well-known billionaires. Such is the background of "Aria Tamami", the sole daughter of the prominent family of one of the five great families.

Meanwhile, Shiori Hikaruno-senpai who just happens to be passing by overheard a certain conversation between a chuunibyou and a certain transfer student ojou-sama.

"Yukiya Saito. Be mine."

A voice of a girl said, with a demanding tone loud enough to be overheard outside the classroom.

Surprised, Shiori-senpai recognized the name mentioned by the feminine voice.

'Wha- isn't that the name of my prince?'

Still limping a bit, with the help of her crutches, she hurriedly approached the classroom, silently pressing her face on the glass panel of the door, trying to sneak a peek, trying to pick up on the conversation we were having inside.

You might be wondering, what is Shiori-senpai doing here at school, despite her injury not being fully healed yet?

Well, actually… A day after the broadcast of Fumidai and Phantom's duel, the duel that went trending online also reached Shiori-senpai's feed.

Recognizing the boy in edgy clothing, wearing a dark cloak, she instantly recognizes that the person who was dancing in that moment was none other than her knight in shining armor, the person who rescued her a few days ago, Yukiya Saito.

How was she able to recognize the true identity of Phantom you may ask?

Before leaving school to get her sprain check at a hospital, as advised by the school nurse. Before she left school, she wanted to check some certain things out before she left.

That issue about that weirdo, the broken doorknob of the rooftop, and to check a certain someone's student profile. [Mainly the last one.]

Acquiring the student profile of class 1-A she inquired from Shirogane-sensei, in the pretext of catching the weirdo who's been going in and out of the rooftop, Shirogane-sensei peacefully surrendered the files and didn't press questions further, seeing that her objectives for catching the weirdo might be related to the injury she sustained on her left foot.

Shirogane-sensei having intuition on who could the certain weirdo senpai could be referring to, Shirogane-sensei tried defending the suspect.

"I don't know what happened, but I'm sure he mean no harm. Please go easy on him."

Shirogane-sensei advised Shiori-senpai with an adult's concern for her student.

Shiori Senpai has no clue what the teacher was talking about. Out of respect, she replied.

"I'll keep that in mind."

After acquiring student information on class 1-A, she excitedly went home and browsed the documents to achieve her main objective. To look for her prince with the name "Yukiya Saito", the prince who caught her that day. [Do not copy. Invasion of privacy is a crime.]

If you may recall, before Shiori Senpai parted ways with her prince that day, she inquired about her prince's name which he replied he was "Yukiya Saito of class 1-A".

Going by that information, knowing she would be out of school for a couple of days, she wanted to get to know him better, gathering information about things like where he lived, and predicting the routes he would take with the help of the student's profile. Things like that.

She wanted to ambush him earlier in the morning, pretend it was a coincidence that they bump into each other, so that they could walk together to school like sort of a morning date, maximizing their time outside of classes, getting to know each other better over time, and one day may become a couple.

The documents are arranged alphabetically so it wasn't too hard to look for the name she was searching for.

Holding a paper in her hand with the name Yukiya Saito, "Here it is!"

She said aloud, overjoyed at how she found it so easily.

However, it left her with a puzzled look.

Looking at the top right corner of the student profile, where the student's picture is located. She wanted to verify if the picture is matched with the prince, the Yukiya Saito that she knows of. She was left wondering to see that,

"Who's this…?"

She said, looking puzzled seeing a picture of a person she did not recognize.

She was surprised to discover a photo of a black-haired boy, with overgrown bangs, which his overall aesthetic belonged to that of a chuunibyou's, or an emo perhaps, but overall, it was edgy nonetheless.

'This picture…'

The picture she saw perfectly fits the description of the weirdo that keeps coming back and forth on the rooftop.

She did not recognize it at first, but after taking a closer look, after burning the image of her prince at the time when he carried her in his arms to the infirmary, she verified that the one in the photo, and the prince that she met that day was in fact one and the same. She was shocked.

But the fact that he saved her still remains and did not change the way she was currently feeling. In fact, she was happy to figure out another side of him that she doesn't know of.

That is why, seeing the person who competes with Hidetoshi Fumidai in that broadcast the other day, although the Phantom attire was not completely the same, she was still able to discern that Phantom might be Yukiya Saito.

That is why she wanted to go to school immediately, to verify her theory, and to not let him get stolen away if they were to realize the true identity of the mysterious character Phantom.

"I-I won't let him get stolen!" she declared.

After arriving at school, she wanted to check on the prince to see how he was doing.

"Yukiya Saito. Be mine."

Flustered by what she heard, her cheek pressed to the glass panel of the door in panic, staring intensely to get a clearer view of what is happening inside.

'Be mine? Isn't that practically a public confession!?'

"I, I object!"

Shiori-senpai silently shouts, holding back her voice, as she silently watched on the sidelines looking through the glass panel of the door.

Shiori senpai, Mocha-san, the same as everyone else inside the classroom was eager to know how I will react and respond to the ojou-sama's offer.

"I-..."
