"What was he doing here," Minerva muttered under her breath.

"Do you knew the gentleman, Lady Minerva?"

"Just ignore that man. He was a gentle man indeed, with women," Minerva said, emphasizing the women.

Aretha understood. "Could you please give this to that gentleman's table. Tell him that we could not afford to accept his kind gesture, thank you," Aretha instructed the waiter.

After they were done with their meals, the gentleman came to their table. "Evening. Pleasure to meet you, Lady Adad, and, this lady would be?"

"Ella," Aretha replied.

"Lady Ella! What a beautiful name!"

"Enough with that. What were you doing here?" Minerva cut him off.

"I came to unwind the tangle in my heart. The capital city had swallowed my spirit. To calm my soul, I came here, for this land was known for it peace and tranquility. Never would I thought, fate brought me here to meet such beautiful lady." He stared at Aretha.
