Chapter 205: Synchronicity

Meanwhile, before the white, hot light incinerated the entire premises. Solomon would be facing his own variant of the Juboko, a bored expression on his face. He didn't moved a muscle, only having his shadow expand and take over the surrounding area, making the Yokai curious as to what intentions the boy had. Rather than charging in headfirst, the creature would instead sit down, evaluating each and every course of action, staring down at the Biblical Sorcerer in a studious manner. It was clear it was trying to learn about him. Roots were made to draw on the dirt, going through each part of the plan in swift motions, the writing almost quick and efficient, carefully making hypothesis' and guesses on what the Sorcerer plans to do with such shadowy figures. Solomon couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at it. "You alright there?" He'd ask, slowly approaching the beast, but such an act would be met with an attack on his side.

Fwoop!

The moment the roots came down to attack, Solomon would merely move his body to his left, evading the attack altogether. Furthermore, once the root planted itself on the shadow, it started to struggle in pulling away. This would further confuse the Yokai even more. It would try to use the leaves as an offense as well, alongside making more roots to attack him at his blind spot, having the leaves block out any chance of seeing the attack

Fwoop!

It happened again. The Biblical Sorcerer merely ducked down and rolled away, while not only the leaves sunk and disappeared, but the roots were blocked as well, the shadow serving as his offense. It was starting to get frustrated, but it was also getting some clear understanding. It would attempt to use all three of his attacks simultaneously, once for the branches to attack on his sides, one for the roots to impale, and one for the leaves to rain down and slice him across his body, top to bottom.

Fwoop!

One more time, he would evade, being given a clear glimpse at how his body moved so fluently. His very shadow became a liquid, and without hesitation, Solomon would sink into its depths, dragging along the attacks with, having enough force to try and rip the very twigs that entered his area. The Yokai would scoff and try to make its way towards Stolas, assuming that the man has ran off in order to support their allies, but right as it took their first step, it could feel something sticky on their leg. "Oi oi oi! Where do you think you're going, eh!? Fun's just getting started!" A Voice cried from below. He noticed the shadow that was left behind on the trees from the sun's rays. The shadows began to grew faces. Such faces were in glee when they caught it without hesitation. Juboko desperately tried to snap off its leg, yet the shadows were quick in creating hands to drag it down to the abyss, an ocean of black nothingness, bottomless as far as it could see, the depth being straining just by entering its miasma. On the other side however, laid Solomon, staring down at his opponent with his bored expression.

"Well, this is what I expected from giving sympathy. At the very least, you're not connected with the trees anymore. Don't even think you can even grow them here, either. You basically lost the second you stepped in here. Sorry but.....not sorry at the same time." Solomon would state, which in turn would have the Spriggan be ticked off. The Biblical Sorcerer can see its anger prevalent, its mouth beginning to open, its arms elongating itself, its body preparing to swim across the black ocean that was such shadows in order to get close and strike him down, yet Solomon merely scoffed as it was getting angry. "You're still gonna do it? Are you sure-" His answer came prematurely with the beasts roar, blasting across the depths like a torpedo, aiming for his chest. The Man merely took his book in hand, opened its pages, and began to use a spell within the Codex Gigas. "Suit yourself." He'd finish, before chanting such words.

"Thou Shalt not Covet...."

"Thou Shalt not make unto thee any Graven Images...."

"Thou shalt not bear False Witness against thy Neighbor..."

"Thou Shalt not KILL!!"

As he used the spells, light began to emerge from the miasma. Lights that quickly swarmed in numbers, letters floating upwards and flooding the Spriggan, aiming and binding at every limb it was desperately trying to use, slowly wrapping the monstrosity into a cocoon-like state, the body barred off of any further interactions, sealed away and incapable of fighting back directly. The Shadows even grabbed ahold of such limbs and positioned them to make Juboko hug itself, allowing the commandments to further apply its potent seal. No voice would be left out towards the atrocity, only whimpers and small screeches. "Aaaaand that's all four!" Solomon would state, a confident smile in his face. "That was easier said than-"

"Ash to Ash....dust to dust..."

"Break it all....and give light to a new World.."

"Is he chanting up there??" Solomon would poke his head out from the bottomless ocean made by Shady, noticing the sharp lights wrapping around the entire forest. He was quick to recognize a disposal unit, so he would duck his head down and have his Shadow cart the condensed cocoon up and away, flinging the body to the sky, being met with the white hot explosion that burns away the entire forest in such a wake. He would wait a few more minutes as the explosion was processed, before swimming back up, escaping from Stolas' shadow, the face being present. His friend would notice it and turn around to see the Biblical Sorcerer on the ground, getting up and dusting off any debris on him. "Were you doing the same thing Harvard was doing?" He would ask.

"Did it sound cool? I was hoping to make it a thing!" Stolas would add, confirming his suspicions.

Solomon couldn't help but shake his head and roll his eyes, before giving a cheeky smile. "Yeah, it sounded cool. Now c'mon! We gotta deal with-"

KA-BOOM!!

Another explosion, made just off the distance. Something must've happened during the Demon's battle against the Hat Man.
