Chapter 246: Handcuff Prince

Harvard remained patient, vigilant, controlled, even in a dark setting such as this. He ignored the sounds coming from the outside, combing through his cards to cast a spell, though as he tried to, he would notice that the spells themselves fizzles out. He would hear a voice over the intercom, chuckling to himself as the Card Magician would be incapable of using his deck once again. "Don't bother. I have taken more...extreme measures...to ensure your punishment is carried out. The last of the four...The Walking Nuke Incarnate. For massive destruction, arson, terrorism, death upon every single soul, animal or human, living and dead, your crimes are IMMEASURABLE!! You proclaim to be a Hero, yet you act more like a walking disaster to every kingdom you have stumbled upon! For such acts, including the crimes you have committed to the Witch Hour, it is my Honor...to PERSONALLY ERADICATE YOU!! THIS IS FOR THE SOULS YOU HAVE DEPARTED TO THE AFTERLIFE, BRAT!! JUDGEMENT AWAITS YOU!!!!"

His voice echoed across the area as he would feel himself being raised, his hands forced behind his back and cuffed around his wrists, swords being stabbed within the box, but more so at the corners to ensure he wouldn't approach it. He would have a solid visual in the form of small dots peeking out, letting him see murals upon murals of monsters, some being one's he possessed, others being entirely new creatures he's never seen before. He could feel himself dangling from up above, understanding that in order to survive, he has to get out of this box, fast. Markings were visible within his confinement, markings that serve as a seal to prevent such magic from exiting out of his body, as well as certain illustrations to strike in order to move the box around. As soon as the boy was raised in a proper height, the chains begin to snap, allowing the box to fall at a quick speed. The boy would try to remain on one of the sides, trying to preserve as much of his stamina as he can.

SHIKK!!

A slash straight across his right side, his arm and leg carved deep within, forcing the boy to wince and jump back. A blade, one capable of phasing through the box itself. "Ngh.....Just like that damned house, huh? Death by one thousand cuts, huh!?" He'd scream, expecting an answer from the Voice, before recognizing he wasn't going to talk back. The boy would try to ensure such a hit won't happen again, aiming himself to try and see if he can break off his cuffs, slamming his shoulders on the different sides of the box to swing on such a side, acting like a pendulum to evade the intangible blades, using the swords on the edges to damage his restraints as he keeps moving to dodge the attacks coming from below.

SHIKK!! SHIKK!!

A slash here, a hack there. He was pretty quick on his feet to avoid such a deadly fate, but every so often, he can feel his body carved through by the sharp edges. In time, however, he managed to break the cuffs in half, now focusing on moving the box around to dodge it all, relying on his gut instinct to move around. He'd have his hands on the sides of the box and swayed to and fro, watching and recoiling his arms back when the sharp knives came up to claw upon the Card Magician. He can see a message on the walls, looking through the peephole to read it across: "Exit Below." He smiled to himself as he recognized he was getting close, having the opportunity to prepare his spells against the crooked leader that put all of his friends in such pain and misery. He would try to plan something risky as he made such preparations for his Card Magic to come back to light, breathing harshly after spending such energy from moving the box around in such radically different positions, as well as losing such breath from how compact it was, not letting any much air to enter inside. He would have himself jump up and grab ahold of the blades edges, being careful not to go too much, less he ends up lobbing off his fingers. He would wait for the descent and to jump out once the impact was made, but just as he was prepared..

SHIKK!!! SHIKK!!!

Spikes. A hole was made right below the Card Magician, spears upon spears rose up instantly, breaking through the box and impaling him upwards, aiming for the vital areas of the heart, head, neck, and stomach, letting the blood drip down. The boy was tricked, deceived. Just like his own plans, he was fooled by something outside of his view. He would be lowered towards the hole, slowly disappearing into it, his last sight being of the mural of Monsters, almost as if they looked down upon the child in such a disappointing display of escape. The voice came up once more as the lights begin to go out. "As expected, the brat that tried to deceive cannot prepare for his own downfall. I, as well as the other souls you killed, welcome you to the depths of hell. Enjoy your stay....Helsing." The voice would mock, having the Staff Members burn the final contract, removing the final image from the grid, and focusing their attention back towards the siblings, seeing their distraught faces as they bore witness to such deaths.

All four were taken out, within an instant. The Boss would be quick in entering the room, glass of wine in one hand, cigar in another, his steps being hard thuds amidst the steel flooring. The demon bore a smirk as he looked upon them. "You see? It wasn't a big deal. If you just know how to kill them, and got the guts to do it, it's like ripping a band-aid off of you." He would scoff, much to the dismay and concern of the members.

Gabriel can see it in their faces. They regret doing such actions to the children.
