G-girlfriend?!

Location: Japan, UA highschool battle center B

[POV: Third-Person]

Jihye looked around at the other examinees as she stretched her legs.

"Hey there..." A group of people approached her, grinning.

"Leave me alone," Jihye said as she continued to stretch her body.

"Don't be like that. What's a pretty girl like you taking the hero exam for? You could make more money at the red-light district with a body like that," he said as they all laughed.

Jihye just sighed and walked past them.

"Wait u‐" He grabbed her shoulder, but before he could continue speaking, he and the others suddenly felt intense dread. Jihye turned her head, her eyes turning velvet red, gleaming with malevolence, as she shook his hand off her shoulder.

Jihye ignored them as she walked away, her eyes returning to their natural color as she looked around at the other examinees.

"What do you think you're doing?" She suddenly heard a familiar voice and looked in a certain direction.

A bit far from the gate, Midoriya was interacting with the guy wearing glasses.

"Don't distract her. You should focus on your sel-" He was interrupted as Jihye walked in front of them.

"Your quirk is Engine, right? Are you related to the pro hero Ingenium?" Jihye smiled, waving at them.

"You know about my brother?" He was surprised that someone recognized him right away, asking in curiosity.

"My girlfriend talks about heroes often. She also mentioned the Ingenium agency from time to time," Jihye said, rubbing the back of her neck.

"G-girlfriend?!" Both Midoriya and the boy with glasses exclaimed in shock, looking at Jihye.

"H-how indecent!! We are only students! We shouldn't engage in such scandalous behavior!!" The boy with glasses exclaimed, waving his hands in a robotic motion.

"We have never done anything indecent in our entire relationship. We were just childhood friends who happened to become closer," Jihye explained, blushing.

"EXAMINEES, TIME TO GATHER AT THE GATES!—" Present Mic broke the awkwardness of their situation, and everyone became serious.

"I must go take my position. Good luck to the both of you," the boy with glasses said, walking toward the gate.

"Hold on! You gotta tell us your name, future Ingenium," Jihye grinned, putting her hands in her jacket pockets.

"It's Iida Tenya," he said, running to find an ideal spot to start.

"Well, aren't you gonna find a good position too?" Jihye said, looking at the nervous Midoriya.

"A-ah, right! But what about you?" Midoriya jolted as if he remembered something.

"I don't need to," Jihye said, comfortably sitting on the floor.

"O-okay, see you inside," Midoriya bowed and left as well.

Meanwhile, a few minutes ago at battle center C.

Henri wore white sportswear under a white tracksuit jacket and pink running shoes.

"When are they gonna open the gates?" Henri tapped her foot aggressively, raising an eyebrow.

Some people tried to approach her, but her glare was enough to push them away.

"Hey there..." A girl with orange hair nervously approached her, and Henri's glare was terrifying.

"What do you want?" Henri said, staring at the gate intently.

"It just seemed like you are upset, so I wanted to see what was up. My name is Itsuka, Kendo Itsuka," she said, placing her hand forward.

Henri merely looked at her hand and ignored it, which made Kendo's mouth twitch.

"Don't be rude." A girl with pink hair and skin walked up to them, and a guy with spikey red hair looked at them.

"I don't care.. Just leave me alone and worry about yourselves," Henri said in an irritated tone.

"Why would someone like you want to be a hero?!" The pink-haired girl said angrily.

Henri raised an eyebrow as she replied, "It's none of your business." Henri's reply irritated the pink-haired girl even more, and she walked up to her.

"Listen here, you!!" She exclaimed, pointing a finger at Henri.

"Don't fight!" Kendo interrupted them, placing herself between them.

"EXAMINEES, TIME TO GATHER AT THE GATES!—" Present Mic's voice echoed, and everyone turned toward the gate.

But as soon as they looked back at Henri, she was no longer there.

"Jet boots Model: Hermes," Henri said as she flew toward the gate at high speeds.

"W-what?!" They were all shocked at how quickly Henri flew.

"LET THE EXAM BEGIN!! PLUS ULTRAAA!!" As soon as Present Mic said those words, the doors immediately opened, and everyone ran headfirst.

Henri flew above everyone as they fought the robots.

"Did they really think it was okay to use robots with me taking the test?" Henri chuckled as she landed on top of a high pointer robot.

"Watch me!!" Henri's voice was loud as the robot started to glow and shift.
