While Bella Scott and Kory Young were having a cheerful conversation, Charles White's voice suddenly sounded behind them, "Bella?"
Bella turned her head upon hearing his voice and saw Charles there, somewhat surprised, "What are you doing at the Shooting Range?"
"I came to meet a friend who loves shooting," Charles explained, looking at the man next to Bella, "Who is this gentleman?"
Bella introduced Kory, "My friend. What do you think, quite handsome, right?"
Charles felt that the man seemed familiar, but he couldn't remember where he had seen him before.
"Mr. Charles." It wasn't until Kory spoke that Charles remembered he had indeed met this man before.
He looked at Bella, his expression becoming serious, "Are you sure Kory is your friend?"
Bella had never been one to play games with high-society women. Usually, only wealthy ladies and rich young women would go looking for male company, and Kory was an employee of The Philadelphia Club, wasn't he?
