Just as Bella Scott and Cindy perfectly demonstrated motherly love and filial piety, Edward Anderson appeared and forcibly separated them, sitting down between them.
"Cindy, should you start calling me dad from now on?" Edward Anderson smiled kindly at Cindy.
Cindy replied solemnly, "A dad is a dad, an uncle is an uncle. They cannot be mixed up. My real dad doesn't allow me to recognize other people as family."
"Didn't you say your bastard father is dead? You'll need to find a stepfather, then. In that case, I will be your stepfather from now on." He seized the opportunity to tease the fish girl and play the role of a wicked stepfather.
"Uncle, my mom is going to divorce you, so don't get too full of yourself. I will have a dad in the future, but it won't be you." Cindy replied with an innocent and lovely smile.
Edward Anderson turned his gaze to Bella Scott, "Baby, are you going to divorce me?"
