"You're quite honest." Bella Scott smiled.
She liked Maggie Lauper's straightforwardness and the way she boldly expressed her love. A woman who could win Snow Collins' trust must be generous and sincere, just like Maggie.
"Loving someone is not something to be ashamed of. Being devoted to someone is not humiliating. Of course, I dare to say it." Maggie calmly replied.
"That only proves that you have never been hurt and are very confident. That's a fortunate thing. As for my feelings for Snow, I can only say he's a friend. There is no love in that. I'm not afraid to admit that I owe him a lot; he's my savior." Bella confessed as well.
Maggie understood and suddenly asked, "What about Edward Anderson?"
Upon hearing Edward Anderson's name, Bella paused for a moment: "Edward Anderson was my ex-husband and is now in the past."
But he won't be a part of her future.
"At least, you loved Edward Anderson, right?" Maggie saw through the mystery in a glance.
