The Heart Of An Assassin

They both seperated and went to their various rooms.

Si Yehan had just come of the bathroom with one hand he used a towel to dry his wet hair.

He was wearing a cotton sweater and pyjama pants. He was giving off a warm and cozy vibe.

He walked towards the side of his bed and picked up a photo.

It was a photo of a girl, she had slightly grey eyes and jet black hair that reached below her waist. She looked about 18years old, her fair skin looked like it was glowing under the sun.

She was putting on black wripped jeans and a leather jacket, even though she was dressed casually she was by far a beauty.

She seemed to have noticed that someone was taking her picture and glared at the camera.

She looked reckless and care free.

He stared at the photo, his gaze unwavering, tears slowly started to drop little by little until he couldn't help it and completely broke down.

"Ning Xi.... I miss you" his voice was low and hoarse as he choked on his sobs.

Didn't we promise to be together forever?

I'm afraid i can't take it anymore....

The scene of him crying could make ones' heart to wrench.

'Creak' the door was pushed open and Si Xia walked in to find this scene of him crying. He didn't go over to console him he just stood there and stared at him silently.

His father would always put up an act in front of him and everyone else, he wouldn't have expected this scene in front of him.

Si Yehan noticed that someone had walked in, he looked up to find the little guy staring at him.

Oddly enough his tear stained face wasn't ugly, insted, it was a certain kind of beauty, like one from a painting.

"Come here" his voice was slightly raspy as he beckoned for the child to go over.

"Can't sleep? " Si Xia walked over and nodded. "Dad can i sleep with you tonight? " he asked in a low voice.

The man didn't reply but instead picked him up and layed him on the bed he turned off the lights and gently kissed his son's forehead.

He laid down and properly covered both of them with the blanket "Goodnight".
