Preparing for Battle

"Alright, picking up from yesterday's plan, let's run through the simulation again today," Xia Mi said.

The next morning, at 10 am near a maple tree grove, Xia Mi and Lureia prepared to simulate the combat strategy they had discussed the previous day.

"I got it the first time!" Lureia waved her hand dismissively, then pointed to Theo, who was playing with some worms nearby, looking puzzled. "But why—why is he involved in our combat plan?"

"More hands make light work," Xia Mi explained.

"But he doesn't really have any combat skills to speak of!"

"If we have him hide and suddenly jump out without his clothes on, it would certainly surprise the enemy."

"Are you treating him like some ghost? Though, I admit, I wouldn't dare to open my eyes in that situation," Lureia remarked, realizing it might be a good surprise tactic.

"What about the slimes? If he's around, we can't bring out the slime or our true identities will be exposed."
