Elanor hadn’t fought in the war in a long while. Thankfully everything came back to her quickly. The problem was that she was supposed to be a hostage of the General of Pride, not out here on the battlefield fighting with demons. 


There was no way she could jump into the fight because it was always a cold day in hell when a demon had the light element and it’d be all the more apparent that she wasn’t a demon to begin with, weak as she was in comparison. 


They could not afford for her to screw up the mission before it even began. There was too much at stake and she was NOT going to be the reason they failed at ending the war. 


She pulled her hood lower and decided to do what she could. A mix of water and wind elemental users had been the cause of getting the army through the blizzard. 


Meanwhile the demons who’d been on barrier duty were keeping most of the land storm free, allowing them to see who they were fighting.
