*Jonathan’s POV*
The drive back seems to be against us. I am caught behind every single incompetent driver on the road, every red light has it out for me, and then there is absolutely no available parking on the road for me to use, so we end up having to use a nearby parking garage that smells like feet.
All in all, a beautiful night before only led to a rough start to the next morning.
I was not going to let it get me down though. Jonathan carries the copies of the files from the coroner’s office as well as the other police reports including interviews with potential witnesses and pictures of every scene.
All in all, I am absolutely flabbergasted that the police chief, the deputy, the special task force, and the coroner were willing to part with half of these documents. Thinking about it, maybe this was just part of the documentation they had available. There were a lot of murders recently.
