“Oh...where have you guys been?” Nicki asked, taking her eyes off the Korean drama she had been watching with Lin.

“Oh… Tan… Edward…” Blanche, who was busy adjusting his knight card deck, looked up. Seeing Blanche wearing glasses made Tan and Edward feel that he looked very much like an engineer or doctor.

“Tan, Tan, Tan…” Lin jumped up and greeted him before turning to Edward “Edward…!”

Tan smiled at Lin, who appeared to be cheerful, and then turned to look at Nicki. “I’m the one who has to ask you that. You’ve been gone for several days," he said.

Nicki placed her hands on her hips before replying. “I have a lot on my plate. I don't just sit around wasting oxygen," said the woman. “Anyway, where have you two been?” she asked in a hushed tone.
