I kept looking at him in horror as he threatened me of doing what he had been delaying since he kidnapped me and I knew what it was. My breaths grew heavy and my eyes welled up, realizing how he was really a monster who had no heart, no mercy and no empathy for others. The human inside of him was dead. However, I also wondered why I had been expecting him to have heart, to have mercy and to have empathy for me.
