Jihan chewed on saunf as he looked up at the metro on the bridge and sighed.

He could have turned into a meat pancake.

It's just he was suddenly really frustrated. He knew this was impulsive but whatever.

His disgust for his own kind increased a bit today.

When Jihan had jumped down, he had realised he fucked up. No matter how frustrated he was he shouldn't have just jumped without planning.

Looking down he had pushed his body between the trees, the high pressure made it difficult for him to do so, as soon as he was near the tree he tried his hardest to grab on the branches. But it proved more difficult than he thought, in the end he stretched his body towards the trunk and stuck his axe in it.

Jihan for the first time in a while panted crazily.

Remembering his stupidity Jihan calmly chewed on another mouthful of saunf as he trudged away.

Jihan looked around at the forest and weirdly enough there was a pin drop silence in the forest.

Jihan keenly noticed the messenger freezing over after seeing the task, soon his eyes blanked, it looked as if he was in deep thought. Jihan figured he must be confirming from the main system.

Basically it was like this, the island was a part of a quest from the later staged scenarios, it made no sense that a part of the quest was happening in the very beginning.

It was as if the system was sending him to what could be called his own annihilation. Jihan already figured that he would draw attention but this was way too much.

'Have 'they' also turned against humanity?'

According to the novel he should look for the Kawahiva tribe since they are the friendliest to outsiders. Since they are from around here they should be able to give him directions.

Sighing Jihan put the sword he bought in his inventory and decided to first check his physical condition. Jihan turned his phone on and checked his status window.

Sighing Jihan opened his phone and checked the quest and checked the details and decided to unlock the map feature in his phone, he found there were levels to a map. The basic one basically told you about the areas and the boundaries, the intermediate one told all the related routes, the advanced when told the main quest going on in each areas, the member's featured map, it decided the fast possible route along with the fact you can see your and your party member's current live location and finally the member's premium membership.

"Amazing."

This one was like a gacha system, it drove you through a route that helps the hosts with it's needs it yet didn't know, and even dangers he doesn't realises right now. It also told you a person's location as long as you knew there name. It was basically a cheat like system. Plus it had another cheat like ability.

'Red-light-green-light.'

Consider having 5 boxes and you can choose one, this ability guided you to the best best possible option through lights. Let's say one box shows yellow that means no fortune or misfortune, light green means slight fortune, brighter the green more the fortune and vice versa.

The limit for it being basically it was a skill with huge cool down.

And another let down, it wasn't a skill you could 'buy'.

Appropriate for such a cheat like equipment you can earn it through a gacha like system that turned on with money.
