In the dining room, the once old brown walls had been repainted white. The window glass that was cracked had also been exchanged with a stained glass that allowed sunlight to enter and color the room in brighter and myriad of gorgeous shades. When Estelle had entered, Magnus's eyes that had been staring on his own reflection on the plate immediately lifted up.
His smile appeared though it became smaller from embarrassment as he had reflected on his own action. He spoke sincerely while looking to her eyes, "How is your morning?"
Estelle saw how he had stood up and received her presence. Then he pulled the chair for her to sit down at. The moment she placed her body down, she felt her heart growing heavy. Though she had told so confidently to Roland that she wouldn't fear anything that happen in the future, she couldn't really bring herself to tell Magnus directly that they were having a child and she was walking to the path of her own death.
