Someone's Memories

Sally bowed and left the room. She passed countless other rooms and started down the stairs. She was fourteen when Austin took her out of a brothel. She was sold to a man at the age of six by her homosexual and drunken motherm who abused her in every way.

She was sold to another man who kept her in his bedroom day and night. One night, she was woken up by screams, gunshots and the smell of smoke. That's when Austin broke down the room door and rushed into it.

"Listen, I am Austin. And you are."

"I am Sally." She was sobbing and clutching to the bed covers. She had no clothes on and her Master had seen no reason to buy her any.

"Don't cry." He wiped the tears of her face and she looked behind him. Flames were entering the room but Austin looked calm. He was sixteen or so cause his face told a lot about his age.

"I am going to get you out."

"How? There is only a window and the while place is burnt. Only if..."

Austin nodded and turned to the window. Sally shook her head. "No, It's at least a thirty feet drop. We won't make it."

"Yes,. we will."

With that, he grabbed Sally around her waist, without giving her time to take a blanket and jumped out the window. His expression was grim and hers was filled with fear. He began laughing as soon as they almost reached the ground. She closed her eyes, expecting to feel pain but nothing came. Only she felt heavier. She opened her eyes and looked up. Austin was staring at her, smiling and immediately dropped her. "Are you alright?" "I am fine." She turned scarlet red and looked away.

"Is there something wrong?" He looked down and then turned away, becoming as red as Sally's.

"Sorry about that. I forgot to get you a clothe." Austin led Sally to a group of black SUV that were surrounded with men who didn't look at her. "Here." Austin took off his shirt and handed it to her. "Wear it for now until we get home."

She nodded and took her eyes off his well chiseled body and looked at the burnt down brothel. Austin entered the car and she joined him. The car zoomed off and Sally could see nothing through the tinted windows so, she turned to Austin, who sat comfortably, pressing his phone.

"Why did you save me?"

Austin didn't answer immediately and just kept scrolling down his phone.

After a little while, he said, "That rapist always spoke about a prize in his room and curiosity got the best of me." He looked up and stared deep into her eyes. "I have no intention to hurt you. I won't."

The car came to a halt and he came out. He opened her door and led her out of the car. A huge mansion stood before her and Austin escorted her inside.

"You will live here with me. You will chose to die, go to school or join the mafia world. I expect nothing but proper behaviour from you. Choose any room you like. Afterwards, join me for dinner."

That was the dinner that changed her life.
