Yang Xinran nodded the shopkeeper wasn't really joking when she said the mangoes were delicious.


And this was one thing about people like Yang Xinran there houses were always filed with food but they lacked people like Liu Duoduo who knew how to cook. And this was one of the reason why Yang Xinran likes to stick to Liu Duoduo.


"Auntie Ran can you refrain from eating the fruits till after lunch is ready if you go on like this it'll just be salad with no fruits in it.."


Yang Xinran admires defeat and helped him with the remaining fruits that needed cutting an placed them in a wooden bowl.


After that they carried all the dishes that had been prepared to the table.


What was left were the pork ribs which Liu Duoduo was finishing up in the oven.


"Because if you two's shenanigans, preparing lunch took a lot of time, see it's almost 4pm..."


Liu Duoduo stopped talking and walked to the door she didn't want Nuonuo to do so as he couldn't see through the peephole.


Liu Duoduo was shocked when she saw who was at the door she couldn't believe that Mu Yichen would appear in their house.


She took a deep breath and braces herself as she opened the door what she met was a fade full of flowers, she removed them from her face and her mouth fell open when she saw Mu Yichen's appearance.


He was so handsome she felt she might have a nose bleed, from his face she looked at him to the shiny tips of his shoes.


She stammered she blushed and bent her head, why did she suddenly feel shy.


"Flowers for you and I'm here to have lunch with my wife and son.." he leaned to give her a kiss on the lips but she moved back so he kissed her cheeks instead and walked into the house.


"Bastard father?" Nuonuo was a little startled and looked at Mu Yichen harshly, hua mummy doesn't want to see him and now that he's here wouldn't he ruin the lunch they had painstakingly made.


"To have lunch with you and your mummy.."


Yang Xinran didn't want to be a third wheel so she sneakily carried some food and ran to her room, she would give Mu Yichen room to make amends with the mother and son.


"Daddy's going on a business trip so daddy want to hug hus most beloved son and wife before he leaves.."


Liu Duoduo smiled she was really happy that Mu Yichen was trying to patch things up with Nuonuo.


"Ah! Mummy, auntie Ran and I we've gone there before it was so fun.."


Nuonuo smile reminiscing all the fun things he had done in Qatar.


"Uh-uh Mummy and Auntie Ran had a fashion convention to attend to there and they possibly couldn't leave me behind.."


"Of course daddy's son is most lovable I'll buy a lot of things for you and your mummy when I get to Qatar.."


Mu Yichen hugged Nuonuo, sending a million kisses to the little guy face after each sentence.


"How long will you be gone.." Liu Duoduo asked.


"A week or two might stretch to a month but I'll try my best to come back on time. I can't stay away from my wife and son for too long.."


Liu Duoduo felt tears spring up in her tears how ironic for him to say that he had already missed out the first five years of their lives. She swallowed her tears and wiped her eyes she didn't want to ruin the atmosphere with her bad mood.


"What's wrong?" Mu Yichen asked as he walked closer to Liu Duoduo.
