Chapter Two Hundred And Four: Looks Are Deceiving.

The car ride back home went really quiet, no word was exchanged between the two couples who sat in the car facing each other. Apparently, there wasn't much of an altercation between Giovanni and the detective back there, but then the big vein laying ontop of Giovanni's temple said otherwise.

It was very obvious to Marisa that had it not been for the villagers that were there, that Giovanni wouldn't have peacefully let this slide. His possessiveness was on another level, which she was aware of but then she needed to talk to him but Giovanni was giving her a cold shoulder.

"Babe." She called him, although her voice was a bit low that she's sure that their chauffeur couldn't hear them if he wanted to, since she's really guilty for having involved him in this.

Giovanni has threatened to fire him right at her face, so not only was she battling with her emotions and everything that was associated with his family, being the reason why her father is dead.
