Auralia is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor at her late father’s failing dojo. She’s one payment away from losing everything her father built, where her childhood memories live. 

So, when the chairman of Ezra Holdings wife, Maria Ezra, comes to Auralia with a proposal of being her son’s bodyguard, Auralia cannot help but agree to the proposal. In exchange for protecting her son, Alexander Ezra, for one year Auralia will not only get a six figure salary but she’ll also get the title deed to the dojo’s building, allowing her to save the dojo.

There is one problem however. Alexander can’t know that Auralia is his bodyguard. Thus Auralia has to marry the man, acting as his wife while secretly protecting him.

An arranged marriage is not something she wants and her husband-to-be makes matters worse when he hands her a contract with terms to which she has to follow in exchange for marrying him.

Will she be able to navigate the world of the rich as Alexander’s fake wife without the man discovering the real reason behind her marrying him? And can she keep any feelings from developing between the two?

The Bodyguard Wife

Auralia and Alexander walked around the center of Marison City, occasionally being stopped by Alexander's fans as they wanted to take photos or get autographs.

The two soon became tired of this and decided to walk around less popular sites. After walking around for a few minutes on an empty street, the two came across a few shops and an arcade.

There wasn't anything of interest to Auralia in the shops, but as they passed the small arcade, Auralia noticed Alexander kept glancing over at it.

"Wanna go in?" Auralia asked, curious to know what was causing Alexander to keep glancing at the shop.

To her it seemed like your average arcade, a big neon sign, a claw machine with dolls standing by the door and a bunch of other games inside the arcade.

Alexander looked flustered as she asked him the question. "Oh… it's okay we don't have to."
