Auralia is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor at her late father’s failing dojo. She’s one payment away from losing everything her father built, where her childhood memories live. 

So, when the chairman of Ezra Holdings wife, Maria Ezra, comes to Auralia with a proposal of being her son’s bodyguard, Auralia cannot help but agree to the proposal. In exchange for protecting her son, Alexander Ezra, for one year Auralia will not only get a six figure salary but she’ll also get the title deed to the dojo’s building, allowing her to save the dojo.

There is one problem however. Alexander can’t know that Auralia is his bodyguard. Thus Auralia has to marry the man, acting as his wife while secretly protecting him.

An arranged marriage is not something she wants and her husband-to-be makes matters worse when he hands her a contract with terms to which she has to follow in exchange for marrying him.

Will she be able to navigate the world of the rich as Alexander’s fake wife without the man discovering the real reason behind her marrying him? And can she keep any feelings from developing between the two?

The Bodyguard Wife

This is the life! Auralia sighed to her in contentment as she lay on a massage table. I could do this everyday.

She was currently getting a full body massage from one of the spa's talented masseuses. And boy was she enjoying it to the fullest as the middle-aged woman worked out all the kinks in her back.

Auralia had only ever gone to a Massage Therapist twice before in her life and they were both for BJJ related injuries. She'd never gone to get a proper massage at a spa or massage parlor.

And a part of her now regretted not doing it sooner because she was in heaven. The whole spa treatment had been heaven from the sauna to the massage she was currently getting.

"Am I putting enough pressure here, Mrs. Ezra?" The masseuse suddenly asked as she moved to Auralia's shoulders.

She almost moaned out a response but quickly caught herself and murmured, "Yes. That feels really great."
