Alex's confusion mounted as he found himself in a strange and colorful environment after the spatial transportation. He tried to orient himself, but his surroundings were disorienting. He attempted to move and regain his bearings.
"What the hell is happening..." Alex gazed upward, seeking answers from the unfamiliar sky.
Suddenly, he heard a grunt nearby. Guan Longwei was kneeling on the ground, still clutching his severed hand. Reacting swiftly, Alex knocked him unconscious and turned his attention to Chang Li.
"Are you okay, Junior Brother Chang?" Alex extended his hand to help Chang Li to his feet.
"Yes, thank you for saving me, Senior Brother Li. I wonder what's happening in the sect," Chang Li expressed his concern.
"I don't know either. Grand Elder Chang ascended above the clouds in a flash. But first, let's see what's going on," Alex suggested.
Chang Li nodded, and the two of them attempted to exit the arena and its surroundings. However, they found themselves trapped within the mysterious darkness, a barrier that prevented them from leaving.
"Looks like this darkness only targets the arena," Alex speculated, puzzled by the situation.

"What's going on now?" Alex sensed the disturbance and reacted immediately. He urged Chang Li, "Junior Brother Chang, give me your hand!"

"Grand Elder Chang!" Sect Master Lin's voice rang out, and he was accompanied by other elders, including Grand Elder Xuan Wuji and Grand Elder Bai Yunqing, the youngest Grand Elder in the continent's history.
"Tell us what happened here," Sect Master Lin demanded answers.
Grand Elder Chang looked up and responded, "It seems there was a transcendent formation hidden here."

The elders were shocked and distressed by this revelation.
"Quiet, Grand Elder Chang, please continue," Sect Master Lin urged, the urgency in his tone palpable.
As all eyes were on him, Grand Elder Chang recounted the events that led to the appearance of the spatial transportation formation.
"An enormous power appeared in the sky, comparable to mine. I went to investigate, and while I was away, the energy vanished, and the formation was activated. I was still within the sphere's confines, but too far to intervene," Grand Elder Chang explained.
"YOU MEAN... COMPARABLE TO YOU? And a spatial transportation formation?! This... This means..." Sect Master Lin's anger and concern mixed. if that was true it meant Overlord managed to sneak in the Eastern Continent if Demonic Overlords found about this war would be imminent, no matter how much they stopped it.

"I understand now..." Grand Elder Bai Yunqing's calm demeanor remained intact as he looked thoughtfully at Old Chang.

The elders reacted passionately, driven by their anger.
"Everyone, calm down," Old Chang intervened, trying to restore order. he called out for them to calm down, elders calmed down.
"We may not have been able to prevent everything, but I managed to acquire the coordinates of their destination," Old Chang stated with a calm smile, his confidence apparent.
"OH MY GOD, TELL US, GRAND ELDER CHANG," Sect Master Lin practically begged, relieved to hear that they had some information.

A collective sigh of relief swept through the gathering. While Western Continent was a worrisome prospect, the fact that it was a safe zone was a relief. they had the chance to go there.

"SHUT UP, YOU FOOL!!!" Sect Master Lin, Grand Elder Chang, and Grand Elder Xuan Wuji silenced the speaking elder in unison, their irritation evident.
"I will make preparations for the continental teleportation array," Grand Elder Bai offered.
"We'll rely on you for that. Now, disperse," Sect Master Lin instructed the elders, he said "Remember not to be late or you will face punishment." watching as they vanished from the scene. they had prepeare for upcoming battle.

"Ffffuck... My head hurts, fuck..." Alex's consciousness returned, and he found himself surrounded by an unfamiliar forest.
"Where am I?" Alex questioned his surroundings, his confusion evident. "Did we get transported somewhere? It seems I've been separated from Chang Li."
Alex rose to his feet and cautiously assessed his surroundings. However, he halted his exploration, realizing that he needed to address something first.
