Mechanical Engineer Meets.

Alex regarded the Elders with a heavy sigh. "Sect Master, why did you take such drastic action? Didn't we need their cooperation to unite against these monstrous foes?" He gazed at Sect Master Lin with a mix of confusion and concern.

"Well, yes, but..." Sect Master Lin materialized instantly, hovering just above the Elders.

"WHAT ARE YOU—" Before any of the Elders could react, Sect Master Lin employed his technique to delve into their memories.

"As I suspected, they were under someone else's control," Sect Master Lin declared, his voice laced with a mix of anger and disappointment. He rendered the Elders unconscious.

"Controlled?" Alex asked, his astonishment palpable. He hadn't sensed any external influence on them.

"See for yourself." Sect Master Lin tapped their bodies, projecting their souls before them.

Chains encircled their souls, their sharp edges almost piercing the very essence of their being. Odd inscriptions adorned these chains.

"I noticed their attempts to investigate this place, and when their energy failed, they resorted to probing with their souls. It was a rookie mistake, exposing themselves to me," Sect Master Lin explained, lifting the Elders with his power.

"Where are we headed now?" Alex inquired.

"We're going to learn many things from these chains," Sect Master Lin said, a cold smile playing upon his lips as he ascended.

Alex sighed and looked around.

Three days later, Alex sat at his desk, studying the Space Element Essence. He had spent this time trying to comprehend it and control it without letting it slip away.

He glanced at Botoz, which now emitted a much brighter light than when he had first encountered it. "You're growing stronger, my friend. I can't wait to see your abilities fully develop," he mused, placing his hand on the element.

He continued, "I've discovered a few things about the Space Element. It's incredibly elusive; the moment I take my eyes off it, it vanishes. This thing has given me quite a few scares, and I'm almost at the point where I don't want it anymore." Alex had used formations to trap the Space Element within a room to prevent it from escaping. Catching it had been a challenging task, requiring him to delve deep into space, resulting in several injuries.

"But it seems I've figured out what to do." He rose from his seat, taking Botoz with him as he flew toward the Blacksmith Mountains.

"He's at it again?" One of the blacksmiths shook their head, observing a particular work station.

"It's been so long," another blacksmith commented, momentarily pausing their work to look at the area.

"This is getting exhausting," a third one remarked.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Sounds of immense hammering echoed from a room within the Blacksmith Mountains, causing the surrounding blacksmiths to wince. Initially envious of the room's occupant, they had come to appreciate the soundproofing the sect had implemented.

BOOOOM!

The doors to the Blacksmith Mountains burst open, Alex came in. He looked around and everything was still the same, all the stands were there and blacksmiths were working on the weapons, He looked in front and furrowed his eyebrows, on one of the stands there was a big room standing there, the room was really big probably size of 10 stands and it was box-shaped.

"Excuse me, Senior, what is that?" Alex inquired, approaching one of the blacksmiths.

"That is the stand of Old Man Luo's stand, it has been a few years since he started to go crazy on the smithing, which is very good as the sect quite lacks experienced blacksmiths like that but he was making such an unbelievably useless weapons Sect Decided To just let him be, they made him a room, he is working so much we need to check on him to make sure he is okay." One of the Blacksmiths said.

"Thank you, Senior," Alex replied before.

But then walked away but...

However, he suddenly recalled something and retrieved his sniper rifle from his pouch. The weapon only had three bullets left, but he remembered a name that would never fade from his memory.

"Yes, the old man who lend me his forge was called Luo Tianfang..." Alex pretty much forgot many of the names he learned in this world, they were just goddamn confusing but the names of the people that gave him something would never go out from his mind, he always remembered that names here or in the earth, he would never forget these.

"Okay let's see what the old man is doing." Alex went towards the room and.

Knock!!! Knock!!! Knock!!!

The door was metal so the sound traveled in the room.

"Go away, I am busy." The rough old voice came out from the Room.

"Old Man, are you okay? It's me the guy who made the weapon you liked." Alex said this and.

BANG!!!

The room was opened and Old Man looked in front of Alex.

"ITS YOU!!!" He took Alex's hand looked around like he was hiding from something and took him in.

"Wow, you need to---" Alex looked in front of him and lost any words he was about to say.

This room... Looked like something straight out from Earth.

Blueprints and not normal primitive ones that are written on the skin of some kind of animal.

Literal blueprints of weapons you could see from a civilization that was way more advanced than this one was here, they were in front of him, and the weapons described almost made Alex gasp.

"What in the world..." Alex muttered, his eyes fixated on a table.

He saw a sniper very close to his one lying there dismantled.

"I need your help kid, look at this, i tried to replicate the Sniper. i believe that was its name but for some reason, i can't replicate where to put bullet it." Old Man Luo showed the barrel and then looked down at the trigger but there was not place where you could put a bullet, IT was a toy now.

"What are you, Old Man Luo?"
