Immortal Continental Wall.

Central Continent.

A thunderous crash reverberated through the council chamber as a council member vented his frustration by breaking a nearby jar. The council members, who believed themselves to be the main controllers of the entire World of Wujin, looked up in shock as they witnessed the gradual perfection of the massive formation in the Eastern Continent.

"How did we not know about this?!" Old Man Jiang Fengyun exclaimed, his fists clenched so tightly that they began to bleed.

"Calm down, Jiang Fengyun," another council member, Zhang Tianwei, advised.

Jiang Fengyun retorted, "How do I do that, Zhang Tianwei?"

A kind-looking young man near the table spoke calmly, "Looks like we have been overestimating ourselves."

The council members, except for a few, sighed simultaneously, realizing their flawed perspective. They had believed that they held the world within their control, but the events in the Eastern Continent had proven them wrong.

Their continental formation key, an ancient and powerful artifact, had been lost to time. They no longer possessed the ability to create formations strong enough to protect the entire world. Some members admitted their miscalculation and looked up at the formation with a sense of resignation.

"WE NEED TO TAKE IT AWAY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE DOGS!!! PEOPLE THAT LOST THE WAR!!! THEN WHYYH WHYY WHYY ARE ALL THE GOODS THING HAPPEN TO THEM!!!" Old Man Fengyun gritted his teeth, he was one of the biggest haters of Demonic Sects, in the past when they defeated the Demonic Sects they thought they would do anything they wanted, their civilization was more refined in the world, even their Mortals lived a good life, but... The rules they had to follow to make sure everything would be controlled was something that made them feel like they were in a prison, it was suffocating and they hated this feeling. they felt like they imposed the prison on themselves and hated the feeling of feeling lesser than the Eastern Continental People, Fengyun wanted war that would make them feel superior once more, but nobody wanted to go against the Demonic Sects That were most likely much stronger than what they left them before, even if their techniques and legacies were destroyed they remained extremely powerful more than enough that they could defeat without losing too much, that is the thing about going against

Sects absolutely new.

In return Demonic Sects got their continent, they did anything they wanted, They got resources they wanted, and every monstrous Genius was born in the Eastern Continent, it was like they got more than what they lost in the war, the only thing they didn't have was territory as the Central Continent was bigger.

Yuan Tian who sat at the end almost spat down on their arrogance, he knew the Eastern Continent was much superior to them, their strength was rising every hundred years and in the future they would lose the name of the Rules of This world, Even Their Overlords were starting to catch up to them... and he knew the exact reason. he knew how to fix it. he knew what to do as well but... who would listen to him.

In the Eastern Continent, the rules were simple: the strong prevailed. In the Central Continent, the excessive rules had led to the downfall of many sects, making it difficult to trust even friends due to the fear of betrayal. There, the death rate among geniuses was alarmingly high, and the council was often responsible for it.

Once the council identified someone as a potential threat, they would scheme against them and, if necessary, eliminate them. Those who didn't submit were subjected to brutal treatment or enslaved. Chang Huanglong's fate was a testament to the council's ruthlessness, and many others had perished due to their schemes.

Yuan Tian looked up and smiled, sensing that a new era was dawning. He was curious to see where this new era would lead the world.

Back at the site of the formation, an energy pillar soared into the sky, merging with others. This particular pillar was the third most potent, surpassed only by the Peak Overlord and Sect Master Lin's.

Elders felt their bodies relax even more as the energy from the pillar enveloped them. Their expressions revealed amazement at the sensation.

"It's unbelievably impressive. I feel so light," one elder exclaimed.

Another elder concurred, "My body feels as if it hasn't experienced such pain."

"Amazing. I feel incredibly light," a third elder added.

All of them gazed at Alex in disbelief, having underestimated the young sage's abilities.

Curious about the formation's purpose, Alex looked up at the energy gathering in the sky, eager to see what would transpire when the formation was fully completed.

After a few hours, there was a massive explosion.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

The energy gathered, and the formation shifted from a light blue Qi color to white.

BANG!!!

The formation's corners gradually turned white, indicating that all 13 corners needed to be filled to complete the formation.

Observing these changes, Alex commented, "This is interesting. I think I know the goal of this formation."

Sect Master Lin, surprised by Alex's insight, inquired, "You've managed to figure it out?"

Alex explained, "The energy gathered from space is being transmitted somewhere. Initially, I thought it was the ground, then the sky, then the trees, and even the animals. But finally, I found out..."

He looked down at the elders and revealed, "This formation is designed to create a barrier similar to the Immortal Continental Wall."

The revelation left everyone astonished.

Sect Master Lin confirmed, "You're right, Zhi Li. We need this immense energy to cast the Immortal Continental Wall, a spell from ancient times. While we don't know if it's the same spell the Immortal used, it bears a similar name. It's worth a shot to create that wall and see what happens. Of course, we can't be certain."

Finally, the moment arrived. The formation's 13 sides turned white, and the energy exploded.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

End of Chapter.
