The Beginning Of Her Revenge

"Can we have a toast to a good partnership" they raised their glasses. They had agreed to sign after hearing Bella explain other plans for the project. 

"Now this is what we call a beauty with brains " Mr Desmond laughed. 

His partners agreed. 

Alice scoffed and they all turned to her. 

Bella raised her glass, "This is to all the help I got from Mrs. Black during this trip & work " 

The men followed joining in.... Alice's eyes were on Bella trying to read her but there was nothing but a soft light in them. 

She got her glass toasting, "Thank you everyone ". 

They went on with dinner, they kept drinking only Bella and Alice didn't. 

They had excused themselves claiming tomorrow they had an early flight. 

Bella changed her seat and got closer to Alice. 

"Look at them, just seeing a pretty face makes them all excited... They all want to show off how good they are at drinking ". She scoffs.
