CHAPTER 457: ANANYA’S AGONY

"No~~~~~" the howls of a woman sounded from the temple and the guards keeping vigil outside, all hurriedly knelt down with their heads lowered.

They didn't dare utter a single word as the howls continued. They didn't know what was happening inside, but for that person to howl like that; it didn't seem to be ordinary.

Surely, the situation inside was nothing more than ordinary.

Anaya was on her knees, tears dripping down onto the floor with her palms facing upward and a faint dark mist dancing around her fingers.

The mist kept on becoming light, and that wasn't a good sign.

Some minutes ago, she was busy chanting a hymn from her previous world when she felt a painful pang in her heart. The stab was so painful; that it forced her to stop chanting.

She clutched her chest painfully, cussing whoever was playing tricks on her.
