Act 7: SHES WHAT?! and The Cold.

Two years later:

A full two years later and Ai kept her promises but had become back to clingy to Renji It didn't bother him much though as he just accepted the fact that's just Ai way of showing affection. Ai had become more...Flirty though if that was even possible as they were walking home from school after being crowded by practically everyone at the school, they managed to slip through the crowd though as Renji made Ai stick closely to him which she didn't mind.

As they walked Ai clutched the pendant Renji had given as she held her left hand out and looked at the ring on her finger. "You know Renji I never fully repaid you for the gifts~" Ai cooed softly as she clung to Renji's arm. "You don't ever have too" Renji merely shrugged as Ai pouted and dragged him into his house, she had been spending a lot of time at his house these pasts few years to the point where she kept most of her clothes, Brushes, makeup, and even *cough* pads *cough*.

She sat on the couch as a sigh of relief left her mouth as Renji walked into the kitchen and made some coffee as he sat on the couch "Aren't you too young to be drinking that?". Ai said tilting her head as Renji sipped his coffee "Aren't you too young to be an Idol?" Renji snarked back as Ai gasped dramatically.

"Oh, how my pride has fallen" Ai said as she leaned her body against Renji's as she pouted after she got no reaction as she turned on the TV putting on her one of her favorite dramas shows to watch as her eyes brightened at the feeling of Renji hands sliding around her figure as she leaned her head against his shoulder. A feeling of comfort washed over Ai as she grabbed his hand.

"Renji let me repay you for the gifts" The words rolled of her tongue sweetly like it did all those years ago as her hands slid across his chest. So much temptation they were old enough right? A few moments later they ended up in Renji's bed as Ai sat on top of him straddling his waist.

"Let's give Renji his reward" Ai teased as she grabbed his hands and slid them up her shirt and the rest is history. Ai laid on top of Renji chest as they both panted drenched in sweat as Ai kissed him before pulling away a few moments later. "Renji After how many times you did it inside, I might be pregnant." Ai teased as Renji shook his head.

"No way, right?" Ai merely smiled at his words and nodded she couldn't get pregnant after just one time, right? Oh, how naive

2 weeks later:

Ai had been throwing up non-stop and had gotten weird carvings and that led to her taking a pregnancy test that she hoped was negative. but contrast to her wishes the test showed positive her heart nearly jumped out of her chest. She wanted a family but what about her career and Renji?

'He's going to leave you this is why mama left you slut shouldn't have opened your legs.' Ai nearly vomited again at the thought as she rushed to Renji's house she knocked as she gripped the test in her hand's Renji answered as she walked inside. "Renji get Yuki we need to talk" Renji nodded as it was probably about her staying at his house for a few weeks. The three of them sat down as she showed them the test.

"I'm a dad?" Tears nearly slid down the boy's face as Ai took that as a bad reaction and clutched her shirt as the next few words made all the anxious thoughts in her head disappear. "I'm a dad this is the best dad of my life IM A DAD." Renji picked Ai up and spun her around Yuki hit Renji on the head as he put Ai down. "She's still pregnant so you two are keeping the baby I assume?" Ai nodded as Renji grinned. An evil look took over Yuki's face as she looked at Renji. "Let's have a nice talk later mister" Yuki said as Renji saw the devil surround Yuki he looked at Ai for help, but she looked away like she didn't even notice.

Renji cried mentally as Yuki sighed "Renji Ai can't work so what are you going to do" Renji grumbled as he stood up "I'm going to go get a job obivously~" Renji said as Ai pulled him back as he was about to leave out the door.

"We still have to tell Ichigo" Renji sweat dropped as he imagined an angry dragon at the thought of Ichigo's reaction he nodded as they arrived at strawberry productions and walked into Ichigo's office as he looked at the too. "What do you two need" Ichigo said as he didn't take his eyes off his computer "I need to take a hiatus" Ai said as she scratched the back of her neck?

Those words made Ichigo take his eyes off of his computer as he looked at the two "And why is that" He asked as Ai pointed to her belly "Ai a few pounds isn't enough to-" Renji cut Ichigo off as he decided to break the ice "Shes pregnant." They both sweared Ichigo eyes nearly popped out of his head "𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐒 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓?!"

After a few minutes of explaining Ichigo sighed as he clutched his head "You brats are such a pain" he said as a tick mark grew on his forehead. "Maybe we shouldn't have stopped teasing about using protection" Ai giggled and Renji just rolled his eyes.

Nearly 18 weeks later:

They arrived in Hospital in a countryside as to make sure her identity wasn't so easily recognized. They being Yuki Ichigo Ai and Renji. As a brown-haired doctor came in "Thank you for waiting I'll be your doctor today my name is Gorou Amamiya" Renji nodded as Gorou sat down. "Let's see so this is your first visit Hoshino San?" Gorou asked "Hai" Ai replied. Gorou looked at her belly.

'Juding from her belly Shes about 20 weeks along now, Thats rather late for an Initial Examination' Gorou looked down at his clipboard 'She's Sixteen.... I see she must be dealing with some things.' He looked at Ai before continuing his inner monologue 'She must be one of those girls who get this far alone without being able to consult anyone.' Gorou looked at Ichigo.

"Are you, her father?" Gorou asked, "Well on paper" Ichigo said Gorou left out a soft noise of confusion as Ichigo continued "She grew up in a children's home and I'm her default guardian." Yuki scoffed "Im more of a guardian if anything" Yuki said as Ai nodded A imaginary arrow hit Ichigo in the hurt "Mama Mama save me from the evil man" Yuki patted Ai's head "Don't worry Mama wont let this evil man get you" Yuki said as another imaginary arrow hit Ichigo in the heart

Gorou sweat dropped as he hummed in response "I see." Gorou looked at Renji "I'm guessing you're the father" Renji nodded as Gorou looked at Ai 'Sixteen raised in a children's home. I feel like I heard this story before.' Gorou said in his mind as Ai took her hat off.

Gorou eyes widened as there sat the Idol he supported and practically worshipped. Gorou leaned back in his chair as Ichigo looked at him worriedly "How is it looking Doc Any chance she just has a terrible constipated issue?" Gorou merely deadpanned at Ichigo "In that case, she'd be dead already" Gorou said ceasing any further constipated questions from Ichigo.

Ai looked at Ichigo as he gave him a thumbs up "See I'm looking fine on that front no problems today either!" Ai said cheerfully as Ichigo groaned in defeat. Gorou stood up and opened the door slightly. "First off, you'll need an examination. I need to get everything ready so please wait here."

Gorou stepped out slightly as he began to freak out in his mind 'Woah! Woah! Woah! Man is that really her or could she just be a dead ringer for Ai.' He opened the door slightly as he saw Ai teasing Renji 'Nah, no way a year's long fan like myself would be mistaken!' he confirmed in his head.

'Woah! Ai is super cute in person' Gorou said in his mind he slammed his head into the ground 'Nooo! My favorite Idol has a boyfriend and is pregnant!' he stood up as he held his hand over his mouth 'It's such a shock I feel like I'm going to vomit.' Gorou sighed as he got his mental together.

A few hours later:

Gorou had taken an ultrasound as he sat the four down and showed them the pictures. "The results of the examination are as follows 20 weeks pregnant, With twins" Renji Ai and Ichigo all muttered "Twins?" Ai and Renji muttered it twice as he tried to consult the two. "Are you two sure about keeping the babies I mean if word gets out about Ai having a lover and having children Ai's career and my agency will be finished" Renji and Ai both sighed as they looked at each other before nodding "We are sure" Ichigo nodded softly.

Ichigo looked at Gorou "Well you heard it We are keeping the babies." Gorou nodded as he walked out and got a soda from the vending machine as he walked onto the roof and looked at the night sky and all its shining stars 'even if you have a guy who's fallen for you and two kids ill still support you.' Gorou opened his phone as he looked at his wallpaper showing a girl.

'Don't you agree Sarina?' Gorou said in his mind as Renji and Ai came through the roof doors "Oh Doctor?" Ai said as Gorou looked back at them. "Oh L/N-San, Hoshino-San" He looked at Ai "It's not good for you to be out on a windy night" Gorou said sternly. "Renji said the same thing plus, I'm Bundled up I'll be fine" Ai said as she walked onto the roof as Renji stood beside her "I chose this place on the presidents' recommendations but it sure is lovely." Ai looked at the sky as a smile slid across her lips. "There are so many stars even at dusk" Ai paused before she continued "You could never see this back in Tokyo right Renji?" Ai said as she smiled at Renji before looking back at the sky.

"Hai, Hai" Renji as he looked into the sky with Ai "Do you come out here because you'll be recognized in Tokyo?" Gorou asked as Ai looked back at him with a surprised look on her face. "Did I mention my work?" Ai said tilting her head as Renji hit her on the head Ai rubbed the spot he hit "Why did you mention your work Idiot" Ai pouted as Gorou merely sweat dropped at the two.

"Long ago one of my patients was a big fan of yours" Gorou said as Ai pouted even more "See I didn't even mention my work." but she smiled softly "Aww... I thought even the doctors here would be old men and nobody would find me out. Guess there's no hiding my overflowing aura Awkard Awkard" Ai said as she held her hand to her chin as she said a bit of the last part confidentially enough to make Renji chuckle.

'Her self-confidence is large' Gorou said in his head before he looked at the two. "So, are you going to give up being an Idol?" Ai tilted her head "Why?" Ai asked as Gorou eyes widened "Then that means." Gorou muttered as Ai looked away from Gorou and Renji "I never had a family you see, I always longed for one" Ai continued as she rubbed her belly "I'm having twins right, I'm sure our family will be a cheerful and fun one she said as she looked at Renji and Gorou, Gorou sweat dropped as he looked at Ai.

"You're going to give birth....and continue being an Idol, so that must mean" He asked to confirm his suspicions. "Yep, I won't make it public" Ai said as she grinned. She walked past Gorou and Renji her gaze resting on the sky "Idols are object of worship you know, they shine through the magic of lies" Ai turned towards the two as she grinned "Lies are the most exquisite love" Ai said softly "Though its different with him." Ai said as she looked at Renji "With him Its more like I can't lie with everyone else its easy but with Renji the truth leaks out of my heart, but I still lie sometimes" Ai winked as Renji rolled his eyes as that wasn't a lie.

That wasn't a lie for a few simple reasons say If you gave A Drug addict Re-habitation but the choice to still do drugs it's a little impossible for them to not drugs same way with Ai and Renji though they try not to lie to each other sometimes they slip up they say words they don't really mean to each other sometimes and they both know it whether its loving words or hateful words Lies are a form of love and weapon they both used growing up they love each other that is true but sometimes the only way they can express that is through lies.

In their eyes a Truth is a beautiful way of love and feels amazing but it's how they grow up and were raised it'll take a long time before they don't Believe a Lie is most beautiful form of love Hence why they still do it to each other sometimes.

Ai continued her Speach "Being able to conceal a kid or two just works to show someone's a top-class idol. Ai stretched her arms out as he looked at the two "Pilling on Lie after Lie, we look happy on stage no matter what struggles we might face. What a Fun job!" Ai lowered her arms as she looked at the sky "Though the happiness part is something I only feel with Renji" Ai paused before she continued.

"No one's realized it, but we have our own feelings and lives, too" Ai said as she turned back to the sky "Happiness as a Lover, a mother and an Idol It might be normal to have one or the other, but I want all three Ai Hoshino is a greedy girl, you know!" Renji chuckled and walked up to her as he patted her head Ai grinned "Well as your number fan and lover it's only natural I support you the whole way, right?".

As Gorou stood there in amazement, 'The Idol I knew as Ai is far more Bold, Cunning and strong than I thought. She shone as bright as the first star in the evening.' Gorou said in his mind as an image of Ai appeared in his mind. "I've reached a settlement" Renji and Ai both looked at him tilting their heads "Huh" Ai said confused. Gorou continued in his mind as he looked at the two 'My ideals of a doctor and a fan, have now aligned themselves together.'

Gorou confirmed his decision before he spoke "Ai Hoshino Renji L/N, I will perform the delivery, ensuring you have two healthy twin children" Gorou said confidently. Ai and Renji grinned 'If that is what makes you both happy, I will go along with it. After all Ai your hopelessly an Idol and I'm hopelessly your fan, Renji you're hopelessly a father and I'm hopelessly your supporter.' Ai pouted as she looked at Gorou "Thats your job, isn't it?" Ai teased as the three of them chuckled.

"Let's get down to business" Gorou said and as if reading his mind Renji finished his sentence "You should use a fake name" Renji said as Gorou nodded his head in agreement "Hai" Ai said as Yuki sat with Ichigo as we move to the five of them all in a room. Gorou started "In a case like yours a cesarean section will be necessary" Ichigo grumbled as Gorou continued "If one of the babies' skulls is large for someone of your build its common for the pelvis to not open wide enough." Gorou finished as Ai's Eyes widened "Oh, really?" Ai said.

Ichigo quickly rejected the Idea "A scar on her belly will spell trouble for her career Doctor aren't they're any other options." Ichigo asked desperately. Gorou sighed as he named some options "Painless delivery Sophrology...Well." Ai grinned as she spoke "Whatever's fine I feel healthy" Ichigo looked at Ai as Renji Gripped her hand "Ai...." Before Ichigo could finish and Renji could start Ai cut them both off. "It'll be fine I can handle a Natural delivery" Ai said ceasing their worries. "After all they're my kids right, they're sure to be attractive and have small faces." Ai said cupping her face.

Ichigo sighed "There you go again." Multiple months passed through that time frame they had done a lot of things such as Yoga Renji was uncomfortable since it was for pregnant women, yet Ai said she wouldn't do it if he wasn't there. They watched the stars a lot and Ai did a lot of lazing around and Renji did a lot of part time jobs here since he couldn't work his normal jobs since he was far from Tokyo.

We watch as Ai, Renji and Gorou walked down a sidewalk as Gorou got immersed in his thoughts 'To be honest I have mixed feelings though lies are love they both live by that principle even with each other I've come to see that in a good light as stars truly are amazing, but something is true I feel heavy admiration for the two. ' Gorou said in his mind.

We skip to 40 weeks later the expected delivery date. Ai lied down as Renji was asleep by her side as he rested his head on her hand. "Thanks for today Doctor" Ai paused before continuing "But come as soon as I call, ok?" Ai said fully as Gorou nodded "I don't live that far away so I'll be fine. Plus, if I don't make it another doctor will come" Ai pouted playfully at his words as Renji's Voice filled both of their ears "We don't want another doctor we want you" Renji said as he lifted his head up Gorou smiled "I'm joking see you later" Gorou said as he left Renji rested his head back down on Ai's hand.

Gorou walked outside the hospital as he begun to think to himself 'After this I'll lose connection to both Ai and Renji but according to Renji I don't know that as the words works in mysterious ways, but I've come to like the two though I got a glimpse of Ai's hidden personality and Renji's hidden personality as we kind of hung out more. though I feel I can root for both of them from the bottom of my-' Gorou thoughts were interrupted "Hey are you Ai Hoshino's doctor"

Gorou's eyes widened as he looked back at the man, who had a hood over his face. Gorou eyes narrowed in suspicion as he looked at the man "She's using an assumed name and she hasn't made her name public if your affiliated with her can I get your name?" The man made a noise of shock.

The man ran as Gorou shouted at him "Oi!" Gorou chased after him deep into the forest as he turned on his flashlight looking for the man. As Gorou chased him his mind raced 'Could this guy be a stalker? The timing too with Ai just about to give birth. Damnit making me run all the way up his mountain trail.'

Gorou was startled as the man pushed him off a cliff from behind, he blacked out as his eyes shot open as his phone rang. 'Has Ai gone into labor Er Fuck I can't move a muscle I have to get there I promised Renji and Ai i would make sure they had two healthy twins.' A memory of Sarina played in his mind.

"Haven't you thought what It'd be like to be born as a celebrity's child?" An Image of Ai giving birth with Renji holding her hand showed as the memory continued to play "Like if you had connections and Looks from birth." Another memory flashed "If I die right now, I have a chance to be reborn as an Idol's child." more memories flashed through Gorou's brain before his vision slowly faded. 'I haven't given it a serious thought before I mean why would I?' Gorou said in his brain as a bright light interrupted the darkness he saw.

The effort I put in for Yall I literally rewatched the entire anime while pausing just so I could get this and the next few chapters out not to mention I'm, going to re-read the manga so I can write more chapters be grateful I didn't put it on Hiatus until season two of Oshii no ko Not every day I write over 2000 words *Sigh* I'm so tired I put my foot in this chapter It took 3 hours I literally didn't eat sleep or drink anything while writing this Btw anyways hoped you enjoyed this chapter. (This better get at least 2 power stones or I'm never writing again... I'm half joking)
