Shaun didn't dwell on the flying insects. He looked at Yates, gesturing for him to continue.
"The light circle in the sky should be at the very center of the third level of the relic, at approximately a kilometer in height," Yates stated his estimation directly.
But the conversation took a sudden turn.
"However, I won't go inside! I can only provide you with the information," Yates said, unfazed.
"If you disagree, I will have to leave Wallace behind!"
"Furthermore, I advise you that the fourth level of the relic is very dangerous."
"I have a talent for sensing danger. Just approaching the entrance to the fourth level of the relic made me want to turn and run."
"Even with your strength, it would be a matter of life and death!"
Shaun's heart skipped a beat. He hadn't expected this to be the reason Yates wouldn't enter the fourth level of the relic.
