Shaun had expected Dwight to outright refuse his proposition. He was even prepared to negotiate, as the recent slaying of nearly two hundred million mutated beasts, including various lord-level creatures, yielded Crystal cores whose value was likely only in the tens of billions.

Purchasing five million sets of fifth-tier equipment would cost Shaun at least a hundred billion, even with a human discount. However, Dwight simply hesitated for a moment before agreeing, understanding the immense importance of the Crystal cores to humanity. To him, technological equipment was not a significant issue.

Without further discussion, Shaun and Dwight exchanged the flesh of the king-tier creatures. There were seven kings in the Northwest Mountains, and all had fallen by their hands. The zombies had slain three kings, while the humans had taken down four.
