Or maybe there should be a seperate section for kid's shows. A seperate channel. It would be then merged with JTV to create a larger range of shows.
Larger range, larger audience, greater advertising revenue.
Oh, Harry can feel the money flowing in. He should have just purchased Jackson Television when he had the chance. Now that it was a geese laying golden eggs, the HQ wouldn't dare to sell it. But Harry can't just leave it as it is. He would have to make preparations for when he would leave JTV. He doesn't want somebody else to ruin his baby.
The baby he had carefully created for over one and half year now. If he left JTV without any prior preparations, somebody else would be sent from the Head Office to be the new Director. And that somebody can destroy his precious creations, like they tried to do with Spongebob. Harry doesn't want that.
He must prepare his successor. For that he must find one. Where can he find a sucessor, someone who won't be that pressured by the Board, someone who can bring new ideas into the business. Who?
Just then Emily entered his office with more advertisement offers or production updates or maybe a love letter. But she was married.
Emily: There has been a man who comes everyday to the building and pesters the receptionist for a meeting with you.
Harry: And I don't just meet everyone. Only some big name company representatives or some of my acquaintances. Just give him a date and send him away.
Emily: Well... Here's the thing. He is trying to pitch his own show idea. This is more of a reality show about cooking. It did sound interesting to me so I came to inform you about that.
Harry: Wait! Reality show..... Cooking..... What's his name?
Emily: Franc Roddam.
Harry: Arrange a meeting with him tomorrow. I will personally listen to him. And Emily, don't bring every interesting pitch to me. There is the Talent and Creative Department for that very specific reason. If they don't agree, just send it to Production Department.
Emily: I will boss.

Harry was now going to meet Edwin Catmull, the will-be CEO of Pixar Studios. Harry had recently purchased Catmull's animation company which was not doing so good. Together with four such acquisitions, Harry merged them all together under the same banner of Pixar Studios.
Catmull would be the new CEO and Harry the Chairman. Pixar Studios would be now a part of Harry Jackson Group of Companies (HJGC) which also had the booming FunCinemas and their chain of theatres throughout England and in Europe, total 1000 screens.
The expansion to America and Asia was going at a slow pace but was showing positive growth, all thanks to Marsh's efforts.
This all meant, that if Pixar would start making profits, then Harry would soon become a billionaire.
Anyway, now the meeting with Edwin.
Harry: I know that you have no experience in big projects. That's why we will start small.
Edwin: Ever since the merger of the VFX and Special Effect Department, we have the potential to take on some big projects.
Harry: Potential, yes. But that's in future. Not now. Presently, I suggest something not that big for everyone to get to know each other and become one. You must have heard about my fallout with Jackson Animation?
Edwin: That was the talk of the town for a few weeks. Jackson Animation is a giant in the animation industry you know.
Harry: I want to make Pixar better than Jackson Animation.
Edwin's mouth hung open. You want to create a giant statue with a small rock?
Harry: I know this sounds absurd, but trust me. I have made JTV one of the top Television channels competing with the likes of Disney and Warner and Fox. I want to make Pixar a giant.
Edwin: You are the boss anyway.
Harry: Great! So here's my plan. First we correct my original cartoon, then we create a whole plethora of new kid's shows.
