Quasi Stage 4 zombie

As soon as the Roar sounded, the whole Hiesta City trembled.

" It's not an average Stage 3 zombie... , " Teresa said as she suddenly appeared besides Alex.

Her expression was serious, as she knew that it won't be easy to win against any of the Stage 4 opponent if it appeared.

But, bigger problem was that...

" Why does it seem to be roaring at someone else... Last time, the roar was definitely different, " Madison questioned.

" It's fighting someone... And there is no need to guess who can hold off a Quasi Stage 4 zombie in a place like this, " Alex shook his head.

" A Player... "

Alex nodded to Teresa's words, as he took out his phone and called Cecelia.

" What's the situation there?" Alex asked calmly.

[ The zombies have become more ferocious. I have already ordered all Stage 1 Ladies to pull back. Otherwise Master, I don't think, we can hold them off without casualties... ]

Alex of course knew the casualties could only be from Stage 1 women and newly rescued survivors.

" Send everyone below Stage 2 back to Sports Establishment. Knights will make sure that no one dies. There is a change of plan..

" Alex explained everything briefly.

Cutting off the call Alex looked at Teresa and Madison.

They had already heard Alex speaking on call, so Madison was already sitting on the driver seat of their car, while Teresa was waving at Alex from back seat.

Alex smiled and didn't decline the invitation of cute loli, as he entered the back seat.

" You will soon get the reinforcements from the women on front lines. Hold off the zombies here, " Alex said while rubbing Karen's smooth booty.

Just then the sound of vehicles echoed.

The first wave of survivors were here.

The big gate opened under Karen's orders, as several vehicles loaded with newly rescued survivors entered the Sports Establishment.

Alex felt an urge to give a friendly visit to these people. But, his sanity like always prevailed.

Karen then with downcast expression watched as Alex left with his entourage.

But, then she looked at the side, " Sister, why were you hiding while our Master was here? "

" He is a pervert. You shouldn't let him touch you so brazenly, " Kiara who just came out of her hiding spot said.

She was wearing casual sports bra and tights, something she would obviously never wear if not for her sister's disastrous and new fashion sense hadn't affected her.

" Hehe, jealous? " Karen teased while hugging her sister's arm.

Kiara blushed as she remembered how she and Karen had spent last night.

" Shut up... The number of zombies is increasing. I came here to tell you to return up there, " Kiara said before leaving outside.

Meanwhile, Alex soon met up with Cecelia and others.

Currently he had 14 Stage 2 women available here if Kiara was included.

Now, 12 of them were right in front of him.

Alex quickly chose 10 of them to follow him into the city, while remaining 2 will return to Sports Establishment to hold off the zombie waves.

" Don't cry. At least not you aunty, you're in your 40s... I'm not sending you back because you're unenecs. Rather you all are already a part of me. Your work is necessary. Where will I return to if our place is not safe? " Alex sighed as he comforted the two women who started crying when they were sent back.

They were still around 15 kms away from the city centre.

The frenzied zombies around quickly jumped on the car Alex was in, and started banging on it.

But, Alex's Stage 2 women were faster.

Getting out of their vehicles they swiftly cleared around 100 metres in a second.

Once all the Stage 2 zombies were killed, the frenzied zombies started avoiding their group.

Reason being Madison's bloodthirsty aura that resembled a zombie.

But, Alex knew that was short lived.

And it was also impossible to go on with vehicles.

Due to the roar of the zombie even the most spacious road in the Hiesta city now looked like it was having a new year festival.

They now had no choice but to make run through the next areas.

Alex threw all of his women's weapons into his Portable Inventory making it easier for them to move and hugged Madisom tightly from behind.

" Hold on tight okay? " Madison once again told him as she held onto his legs.

It was just useless for her to care.

As Alex expected, without vehicles, their speed wasn't actually that far.

10 figures rapidly moved in a blur towards the center of the city from where the terrifying roars kept coming.

Their figures blurred in motion, as they passed through buildings or by jumping on cars and trucks in the way.

The Stage 2 zombies tried to attack them, but even they fell slow and some unfortunate ones even got killed by casual moves of these monstrous women.

Soon, even a loud explosion that reached skies was seen by them.

Roars stopped for few moments, as they soon resumed again.

And this time they were even more malicious and Alex could feel even air around him turning heavy.

Teresa also felt the situation and couldn't help but stop.

" Everyone Stop!!" She said, while ripping apart the head of Stage 2 zombie that jumped on her.

The blood splattered, as her cute skirt became one shade darker.

" What's wrong? " Cecelia asked.

But, Teresa ignored her as she looked at Alex.

" Did you feel it? " She asked seriously.

" It's mana. But, whoever is using this is immature, " Alex frowned.

The situation now changed.

" We can't beat a Stage 4 zombie without a Stage 4 human. I think, we should turn back.. Not just that, we need to evacuate from the city as well... Please daddy... " Teresa worriedly said.

But, Alex wasn't ready to just give up on the city.

In his plan, Hiesta City was going to be his first Fortress or even a Capital.

" We're not leaving. Let's take a look, " Alex shook his head.

" But-" Teresa wanted to say more, but when she saw Alex silently looking at her, she nodded, " Okay... "

Even with high status, for Alex she was just a slave. So, his orders were absolute.

Next it didn't take more than 5 minutes before Alex saw the silhouette of giant zombie at least as tall as 4 storey building.

It was massive!

And in its hand was a massive club which who knows from where it had picked up.

" Higher level zombies grow weapons through their own body. Normally they're just extensions of their own bodies, " Teresa said to everyone who looked confused.

She then continued with frown, " It's at Quasi Stage 4... But, even that should not be possible for us to defeat... "

" Don't be pessimistic. I think we won't be all that helpless, " Alex said as his gaze turned amused.

He could guess what was happening here without even taking a look at situation as whole.

Soon, they could clearly see the full figure of the behemoth.

And the ones it was fighting against.

4 girls in tattered clothes were clearly the vanguards, while hundreds of women were attacking while they can.

With how big of a target they had, they clearly were able to land hits.... Also, the zombie also looked like it was in hurry to go somewhere like it was doing it's best to hold back its shit.

Still with everyone attacking, the damage looked minimal.

Alex was sure that the fight wouldn't end in these women's side, that's even if he intervened.

But, at the same time he noticed some interesting things around.

" It seems like they are just trying to buy time? " Madison said after observing the girls.

" It seems so. I think I know what's happening, " Teresa said as she pointed at a large pitcher like plant circled around a certain Skyscarpper on the opposite side.

With their Stage 2 stats, they could easily see some people standing on the roof of that skyscraper in front of the mouth of a massive pitcher plant.

The zombie was clearly trying to reach up there while these women were doing their best to stop it.

Alex laughed, " That Plant is clearly a treasure that was guarded by the zombie. The Player behind these women must have lured away the zombie and taken control of the treasure. "

" May be he has found something that can actually defeat this monster? " Cecelia wondered.

" Exactly! " Teresa suddenly said as if she understood, " It is the mutant Devil plant that took the control over Hiesta city in future! It looks like it isn't just an ordinary Stage 4 mutant but a special one! "

" I have heard about them... These mutants can actually increase humans' strength. Daddy we need to get that treasure before that Player. I'm sure that Plant is the reason why this zombie grew this strong. "

Alex patted Teresa's head, who was jumping around excitedly, while staring at the big zombie that was being ganged up, but still was doing a killing.

The 4 girls quickly became flustered, as they tried to attack it with other women.

But, zombie even though took damage ignored them and kept climbing.

Only one woman with long flowing hair holding her massive scythe climbed behind the zombie to stop it.

Other three quickly entered the building as they may be decided to use stairs.

But, the zombie was faster.

In just few moments it climbed tens of floors from outside and only the woman wearing skirt while holding a scythe taller than her kept up with it.

Without her intervention it might have already reached top floor!

The zombie seemed irritated by the woman that kept attacking it from scythe, it for a moment stopped climbing and jumped at the woman.

The woman was clearly surprised, as the zombie had always tried to climb while ignoring her till now.

But, her surprise didn't help, as it rapidly morphed into fear.

Even though the zombie was huge, it wasn't slow at all.

As it caught her right into its claws, it's eyes seemed to mock her, as it opened its large mouth to eat the 'mosquito' bothering it.

The woman tried her best to get out of zombie's claw.

Her body tensed as her muscles bulged out to push away the zombie, but it seemed futile as the zombie also had strength no less than her.

Feeling the resistance from the 'mosquito' it quickly tried to throw the woman in its mouth.

But, before it could continue, it felt something light fall on its head.

Alex who had jumped on its head, snapped his finger and emptied a large amount of his portable inventory right there.

Roarrrr!

The zombie roared in shock as it felt hundreds of tons of weight suddenly falling on it.

The woman in its claw, took the chance as she escaped rapidly by kicking at the zombie.

But, looking up she saw all darkness.

It was the debris made of trucks, garbage, and even small buildings!

If that all fell on her, she would definitely die even before falling to the ground.

She panicked, but suddenly someone took her hand.

Next moment she felt a warm embrace enclosing her, as the impact didn't come.

She was shocked.

And when she opened her eyes, she couldn't help but be stunned by the heterochromatic eyes that looked down at her.

" What's your name beautiful lady? " Alex asked.

" E-Ember... " Ember dazedly murmured, she was still not out of shock of almost dying.

" Oh. Nice name pretty lady. "

But, then she suddenly snapped out and moved away from Alex and held climbed onto the balcony besides after breaking the glass around it.

Alex followed.

" Are you okay? " Alex asked with a smile, while looking down from the window.

Ember was stunned by how charming the boy in front of her was.

" I'm fine. Thank you for saving me. Who are you!? " She asked gratefully.

" Alex. A Player, " Alex turned around and replied with a smirk, making Ember shocked.

Now her gratefulness disappeared, as her eyes filled with killing intent.
