The Road To Fadian

Everywhere was peaceful in Zairos town in Chanchan with people buying and selling and children running around and playing with sticks happily. All of a sudden, horsemen were heard approaching. The people thought it was the King who had come to visit and started jubilating when a tall slim but muscular man with brown hair and blue eyes approached them with about 1000 horsemen and other men on foot. He then asked for their Chief's palace but the people asked for his name. He told them that he was their future leader and when he takes over, they will know his name and asked again for the Chief's palace and this time a young man offered to take them there.


When they got there, the man with the brown hair went to the Chief and introduced himself as Benard the leader of the Snake nation and commander of the Snake army and asked the Chief to surrender to him or face war. The Chief then felt insulted and drew out his sword. Immediately, the men who followed Benard came in and a fight ensued which ended in the Snake nation's favour leaving the Chief and all his guards dead.


" Let all of Chanchan know that I have arrived." Benard said with a sneer on his face as he took the Chief's head and gave it to a messenger to deliver to the King of Chanchan.
