A criminal

I woke up again, in the same bed.

Whether I had fainted on my own accord or I had been knocked unconscious I had no idea.

This time there was a single chain tied from my left hand to the bed post.

I swore in annoyance.

I pulled at it, but it refused to budge.

I wrestled and wrestled with it but there was no point.

Then I saw a small tray with a kitchen knife just by my bedside, I struggled to reach out to it, but I couldn't even go anywhere near.

I sighed frustrated and annoyed.

Then I looked around and made a survey of the room for the first time.

It was completely lavish and there was a soft looking rug in the middle of the room.

The bed itself was extra large.

The windows were massive and it seemed that it led out to a balcony.

There were curtains that were set apart to let in air.

I looked up and too my shock, I saw that the ceiling seemed like the sky at night.
