Another Murder Scene

That evening, the arrogant blonde woman bid farewell to her friends outside the mall, having changed into a new outfit and meticulously redone her hair. She stood alone in the cold, her arms wrapped around herself as she shivered.

She had opted for the more expensive outfit, a stunning gown designed to make her friends envious. However, it provided no warmth, leaving her exposed to the biting cold. To make matters worse, her driver was taking an unusually long time to arrive.

Though she was tempted to book a cab, it would be beneath her status to do so. Thus, she forced herself to endure the chill, even as a gust of wind sent shivers down her spine. She took a deep breath and vigorously rubbed her hands together, blowing warm air onto them.

The parking lot was deserted, with cars lining both sides. Suddenly, one of the cars emitted a noise, as if someone had accidentally touched it, and its alarm began blaring.
