"So you're shopping?" Katherine asked curiously.

"Yes." Abigail thought about it and decided to become an introvert for her role. After all, she herself was an extreme extrovert with terrible mood swings.

She would have to act unlike herself if she wanted to hide her identity. Thus, why not become a bit like Nicholas?

She quickly changed her expression to sombre as she looked at her phone and said, "I'm late for my meeting. I should hurry to the company."

"You work somewhere?"

"Yes." Abigail didn't speak a word after that, just like Nicholas would.

Now, Katherine truly believed this young woman wasn't Abigail. After all, that woman spoke a lot, at least to her. So she shrugged off her doubts and nodded. "Well then, nice meeting ya."

"Ditto." Abigail also nodded.
