"I'll return to my room," he said and started rushing upstairs.

Even Asher didn't want to stand by and wait for Nicholas to get all the credit to find the culprit behind this. Even though he didn't want to race, he still wanted to show off his skills. Thus, he said, "I'll also try my best to find the stalker."

After speaking those words, he also went upstairs with a dark expression on his face.
