Yu Qingyu stood at the top of a high ski slope, looking down. It was the highest (and the steepest!) slope he had ever tried skiing on. He bit on his lip, feeling nervous all of a sudden.

'It's alright, you can do it!' he reassured himself. 'It's just a tiny bit more difficult than the last one, and you were doing fine there!'

All of a sudden, he felt a tap on his shoulder. "You alright?"

Yu Qingyu turned his head. Right next to him stood his boyfriend of six years, Liu Wei, dressed up in black skiing attire, observing him carefully with his clear blue eyes, with a hint of shadows underneath. His face was reddened from the cold and physical activity, and his lips cracked, due to his refusal to use any lip balm. The goggles he was wearing, now pulled up, left imprints around his eyes. From underneath his beanie, strands of silvery white hair were slipping out, sticking awkwardly in different directions.
