Damon called immediately.

"Where are you?" His voice sounded intermittent as the connection was bad.

"I'm on my way home."

"Are you not feeling well?"

A harsh sound of electricity rang. I took the phone far away and answered coldly, "It's none of your business."

"Sophia, give me a reason."

I chuckled and felt disgusted by his hypocritical attitude at the moment.

I sent him a screenshot of Jennifer and my chat and asked, "Is that clear enough?"

This relationship was just a spice, and I made a fool of myself.

"Wait..."

Beep.

The phone was hung up. I didn't want to call back, so I was depressed all the way home.

Dylan was surprised when he saw me. He asked, "Is your date over?"

"Well... It's not much fun."

I threw down the key, changed my shoes, and was about to take a shower. Surprisingly, I was calm.

I stayed in the bathroom for a long time until I felt dizzy. Then I put on my pajamas and came out.

There were two cups of iced coffee on the table.
