[Have you finished meeting with your client? I bought some spicy lobsters.] Henry sent me a message while I was still having dinner with Jacob.
May was a good time to have lobsters.
I didn't reply.
Finally, the dinner ended, and Jacob politely escorted me back home. His Land Rover had just driven up when I saw Henry parking a shared bike at the entrance of my residential area.
He had seen me with the attentive Jacob.
I was holding the things in my hand and standing still under the dim light. I quickly turned to Jacob beside me and said, "Mr. Ziegler, it's late, so you should go back and rest."
"Do you not want to invite me up to your place for a while?" He moved closer to me as he spoke.
I stretched out my index finger and poked his chest. "Mr. Ziegler, why so impatient? Take it slow."
With that, I refused to take another step, and seeing my resolute attitude, Jacob nodded and said, "I'll make an appointment with you tomorrow, then."
I smiled sweetly and nodded. "Okay."
