"Hello?" Henry answered the phone call. The person on the other end said something to him.
Henry sounded displeased as he said, "I already said I'm not selling it, not even for 600 thousand dollars." He hung up and muttered, "Ugh... He's ruining my mood and bringing me bad luck."
Then, he turned to the guitarist and said, "I have someone interested in buying my land. What do you know? It's not a worthless wasteland. Lately, I keep getting calls from people wanting to buy my land. In less than a month, the offers have gone up from 150 thousand dollars to 600 thousand dollars."
"Why don't you sell it to them?" the guitarist asked.
"What if they keep increasing the price?" Henry replied.
"You're being scammed, dude," the guitarist teased, causing the others to laugh.
During this time, Jacob was the only one who didn't laugh.
He pretended to only just know about the land then and asked Henry, "What kind of land is it that's worth so much?"
