"Hello, Mr. Crawford!"
I felt so exposed because of my embarrassment.
I heard my voice was so hoarse. It had to be because I had been soaking in water for too long and hadn't yet recovered.
He even splashed water on my face. I knew that it was a sign of Howard's panic.
It was not his fault.
If it were me, I would have freaked out and called him a pervert.
"W-Why are you here?" he asked.
He lost his cool, his eyes flashing with a hint of panic and disbelief. However, he was looking in the wrong direction.
"Take your time, my guests," the waitress said politely, leaving the room.
I felt so awkward at that moment.
"Mr. Crawford, I'm here."
I waved at him and pointed in my direction.
I didn't know what to say for a moment.
What else could I say?
After a long moment of silence, I pretended to be calm.
"I'm done. Enjoy yourself! Taking a hot spring bath on occasion can help to relieve stress."
The more flustered I was, the calmer I looked.
