"How could you let this happen?!!!!" Boris Dentine's guards all stood in a horizontal line while he was bawling and raining curses on them when he realized Cedric had gone missing from his office moments after leaving the office for his smoke break.
"You're all so f*cking stupid and useless. Heck, I should have brought Kolya my German Shepherd to guard my office. She'll do a better job than you lot. Get the f*ck out of my office!!!"
He screamed at them. They all walked out of his office in brisk footsteps. He sank down into his favorite sofa, took a moment to calm down and start thinking of how he could find answers to Cedric's sudden disappearance.
He sighed and looked up at the ceiling. His eyes then caught a security camera.
On seeing this, his eyes widened for a second and he rushed to view the security cam feed from his laptop. Having located the feed, he watched it and got so mad that he went into a rage and kicked the laptop and stomped on it till the screen broke.
In the video feed, he saw a figure with big white wings descend from the skylight roof and began walking around his office. Shortly, he rushed to Cedric's location and shortly after, broke off his chains and took him flying through the skylight roof again.
Boris made a call and few minutes later, a man came to his office with a new laptop and helped him set it up.
Meanwhile, at Nancy's residence.
Cedric was lying unconscious on Adrian's bed, and in new clothes. Nancy already connected a drip bottle to his body so he was receiving treatment.
"We can't just keep him here, baby. I thank God he's still alive but he's lost a lot of blood already. He has to get to a hospital." Adrian wasn't completely listening to her. His focus was on the calluses on his dad's right wrist caused by the chains that held him up for too long a time.
"Okay, mom. I'll drive him to the hospital. Do you have anyone there that can help?" Adrian asked Nancy, who thought for a while.
"The Matron." Nancy retorted on suddenly remembering the leader of the midwives.
"Mom, she's like the boss of the midwives. Not a doctor." Adrian said.
"She was just promoted to the head of midwives. Besides even an auxiliary nurse in that hospital can administer a blood transfusion perfectly. It ain't that hard."
"Okay mom. I'll get ready. I'm taking the Venza, right?" Adrian asked, while changing clothes.
"Okay. Lemme get the keys." Nancy said and went to her room to get the Venza's keys.

"Can you track Cedric?" Boris asked his tech guy.
"Well..if he still has the electroshock device inside him, it can be tracked. Luckily I installed a tracker on it."
"Good. Track him now." Boris ordered.
After pressing a few buttons, the techie gave his final result." I couldn't do that, sir."
" Why?" Boris asked.
"It's linked to a satellite. And the satellite is out of range right now." Devin, the techie, replied.
"Use the thrusters to bring it into position then." Boris ordered.
" I could do that. But the thing is all satellites are being tracked. Slightest movement out of place could lead to decommissioning." The techie explained.
"Great. How long will it take it to be in position?" Boris asked.
" About.. twenty-five hours." Devin said after pressing some keys on his keyboard.
Boris looked at his watch and then left the techie's corner.
"That'll be till tomorrow. I'd better get some shut eye." Boris said and relaxed on his sofa.
Adrian got to the hospital after about ten minutes of driving from home. He headed straight to The Matron's office.
"Good afternoon ma." Adrian greeted her.
"Adrian my love. How're you?" The Matron responded.
"I'm fine ma. Please I need your help on something. It's really urgent." Adrian said worriedly.
"Tell me. If it's something I can do, I'll help out." The Matron replied.
"Okay uhm. I found my dad. But he's unconscious and he's lost a lot of blood. I don't know if it's possible for you to admit him here for me so he can get better." Adrian explained.
The Matron's eyes opened in shock when Adrian told her he found his long lost dad who he thought was dead long time ago. She then resolved to help him with anything he needed.
"Okay. Call nurse Amy. She's in the opposite office." Adrian did what he was told and The Matron ordered nurse Amy to tend to Cedric's well being. The nurse was even enthralled by his handsome face that she took twice the normal time she would take to administer a blood transfusion for a patient.
At about 9:17pm that night, Doctor Nancy came into the ward where Cedric was, dressed in her work attire. Adrian, on the other hand, was sound asleep on the chair close to the bed.
"Hey baby." She said while massaging his shoulders. "You gotta get home now, okay? I'll see to it that he's okay by tomorrow." Adrian slowly opened and rubbed his eyes. Then he pecked his mom and left the hospital in the car he came in since Nancy brought another.
On getting home, the house was lit except for his room. And Adrian was very tired. Knowing every inch of his room, he went straight to his bed and fell on it.
But he didn't feel the pillow under his head.
What he felt was a big mound of flesh that was moving in accordance with his head. In confusion, he went to turn on the lights.
On looking back at his bed, what he saw surprised him. He saw a beautiful chubby lady in a very tight gown sleeping on his bed silently. She had full racks everywhere and he was even more shocked when he realized his head was on her boobs few seconds ago.
He knew this girl. She was May, the girl who was crushing on him big-time in school.
"May?!" Adrian said out loud.
Few seconds later, May opened her eyes and was surprised to see the lights on. On seeing Adrian, she smiled.
"Hi, Adrian." May said sweetly.
"What are you doing here, May?" Adrian asked, clearly not moved by her charm.
"I thought I could keep you company since your mom was having the night shift tonight." May explained.
Adrian burst out in laughter. May tried to pinpoint what she said wrong but couldn't put her finger on it.
"I'm sorry..." Adrian said as he tried to kill the laughter. "This isn't mom's first night shift, so I've gotten used to being alone. Thanks for the company, May but I hate to break it to you that it's not needed right now."
May nearly broke down. Adrian just got to his reading table, grabbed his phone and left the room.
May, on the other hand was so sad that Adrian turned her company down to the extent that she began sobbing silently. She had lied to her parents just so she could spend some time with Adrian. Nancy also wanted their union and also aided her in concocting this scheme which Adrian obviously didn't fall for.
