PRONOUNCED JUDGMENT (CHAPTER 6)

With sirens blaring throughout the city, Itohan's law firm, that was once adorned with elegant columns and polished glass windows, was now a stark contrast to its former state. Just about the time her house was broken into, her law firm was set ablaze and the people who lived around had to call firefighters, who eventually took out the fire.

Itohan stood in the front of her law firm with her heart pounding in her chest and tears rolling down her cheeks. Panic and disbelief washed over her like a tide. What had taken her years to build, was completely obliterated. All the legal documents that contained the cases of different clients were burnt. The computers and laptops that harbored the soft copy of these documents were destroyed too.
