They were escorted to the highest floor of the restaurant where it was only them and they could look down while observing the whole floor. They settled down and they were soon served food.
"Some pests are looking at us with greedy eyes" Amelia said when she felt the gaze with which people were looking at them.
"They are not even hiding it," Charlotte said in disgust.
"It is not their fault, look at us we are only tier two but we are eating in the highest restaurant here where it is ten thousand universal crystal" Mark said.
"Let's just finish all we have to do, I can't wait to leave this place," Mark said. They dug into the food and not long after they continued to eat, Mark felt the mark in his soul act up multiple times.
"Looks like we will be in trouble" He said when some people entered the restaurant.
"Ten tier 3 cultivators, ten tier 2 cultivators, and ten tier 1 cultivators" Martins's eyes changed when he saw them. The newcomers looked at Mark and smirked as they went to one of the chairs to sit. Not long after, with his soul sense, he felt another set of cultivators surround the restaurant.
"Looks like we've been compromised," He said.
"What?" Amelia asked.
"This restaurant has been surrounded," Martins said. A bulky man holding a halberd entered the restaurant and walked towards them. No one dared to stop him, he soon got to their place. He sat down in front of them.
"What do you want" Mark asked as he continued eating.
"What arrogance?" The man said when he heard what Mark said and released his aura which was in the peak of tier three but it did not do anything to Mark. The latter was just looking at him like a fool.
"I heard that you have one hundred million universal crystals with you, just surrender it, it's not something a weakling like you can kee,", He said.
"Whether I will keep it or not, it does not depend on you" Mark answered. The man stood up and punched the table immediately. The table turned crisp. The customers and the owner of the restaurant quickly left except for the people from the infernal court and an old man who was still downstairs. Mark looked at the food that was spilled on the floor,
"You know I've not eaten for days now and I'm just beginning to enjoy the food," He said.
"You still have time to think about food when you are going to die now," The man said as he wielded his halberd and thrust it at Mark with inhumane speed. Mark's shadow rose from his feet and blocked the attack, he jumped up from his seat and a sword appeared in his hand while he transferred the original energy through his body and his aura rose to the beginning of tier three.
"Today won't be so easy," He told Martins and the others.
"Whoosh," he disappeared from where he was.
"Final stake" Sword intent rushed into his sword and he slashed down. The sword intent soon arrived with his sword,
"Humph" the man snorted and brought his spear up to block the attack but
"Clang" The two collided and the spear was broken into two.
"What!!" Before the man could think sword intent covered him and he was torn into pieces. A late-stage tier-three expert just died like that. The man could not even use his full strength because he underestimated Mark.
"Never underestimate your enemy" Mark said to the remaining body part of the man. The man could have dodged his attack because his speed was slower than the man but he chose to block his attack killing himself in the process.
"Papapa" A clap was heard as the thirty cultivators rose from their respective seats. Five of them were in late-stage tier three, five were in mid-stage tier three, and the remaining twenty were in tier two and tier one. The whole restaurant was filled with their aura. Matins, Amelia, and Charlotte all felt cold sweat running down their spine.
"An early tier two killing a late stage tier three with one attack, even though underestimation was one of the factors but still killing a tier three requires great talent and skill. I guess that's the reason the infernal court placed a huge amount of attention on you" A guy said from among them.
"I'm very honored to gain the attention of the infernal court" He answered.
"If you know the amount of reward placed on your head right now, it is even making an instructor-tier expert drool not to talk of us," The guy said.
"I'm very honored," Mark said as he removed his blindfold to reveal his diamond-shaped eyeball.
"A wise man knows when to surrender so will you surrender or should we make you" the guy said.
"Why should I surrender to you lots, you are too weak to make me surrender?" He answered.
"Ok then l like your boldness, let's finish this but first let's take care of the old man", The guy said as he turned towards the old man.
"I'm just here to watch the show so you youngsters can continue" " the old man said.
"You are foolish and because of that, you have to die today," The guy said as he rushed towards the old man.
"You youngsters are foolish, you don't even know your boundaries The old man sighed as he said. He then took the cup of tea he was holding and gulped it down. The guy arrived ten meters away from him but what happened next surprised everyone, the guy crumbled and turned into a puddle of blood.
"What!!" Everyone who witnessed the scene widened their eyes in surprise.
"He must be at least an instructor tier expert" Mark speculated.
"But what is he doing here," he thought as he looked at the old man because he read in a book that cultivators higher than the fifth tier don't use the control point, they were not allowed to use the control point by the enforcers because once they get angry, just releasing their energy can destroy the hole control point. Even though the control point is a place where anything can be done, this is just from the first tier to the fifth tier. The old man turned to Mark,
"Looks like you can handle yourself, I can sense that you are heading to the universal galaxy, we will meet there but just be careful, there are demonic cultivators here and they are a lot more difficult to handle, they don't also follow the rules" A voice was transmitted over to his mind and the old man disappeared.
"Hmm," He was confused.
"What does the old man want from me" He thought as he was confused but he quickly took his mind off it as he went ahead him.
He looked at Martins and the other two and nodded at them and
"Whoosh," he jumped out from the roof of the restaurant. Wings appeared behind him as he flew away. The others saw him escaping and they quickly followed him,
"Where do you think you are escaping to" The infernal court cultivators chased after him, and and the pirates followed far behind because they did not want to disturb the infernal court. The tier three cultivators soon got closer to him, he was surrounded again.
"Where are you going to" One of the ladies snarled.
"Since you want a fight, then you will get it," He said.
"Infinite dimension," He thought but nothing happened.
"What's happening" he thought.
"Your infinite dimension is mutating because of the origin eyes you acquired when you evolved but for some reason, it has not finished evolving because the origin eye has not been awakened. I told you that only deities could use the origin eye so you can't use it for now" She explained to him.
"Why don't you tell me earlier" He asked.
"I don't know, I only noticed it just now," Liz said. Even though the conversation looked long because it was in his mind, it was short in the real world. It only took a second.
"Hmm" Before he could think about anything, the tier three cultivators had attacked with their respective weapons. It only took a split second before they got to him but their attack only hit thin air. He disappeared.
"Shadow transportation".
"What" They thought.
"Whoosh," they turned towards his direction again.
"Final stake" He used his skill again and attacked. Knowing the might of the skill, they dodged it. Different beast images rose from their back. They wanted to finish him with a single attack quickly the longer. They all used their strongest attack, he could not do anything so he had to use his shadow shield.
"The attacks impacted his shadow shield and his ability cells were quickly being used up. By the time the attack finished, half of his ability cells had been used up.
"What!!" He was surprised.
"Why is he not dying" They were surprised. The skill they used just now took a lot of toll on them and when they used it, it usually impacted their cultivation for some time. They used the attack again, he was surrounded again this time his ability cells were used up. He was now in a dilemma, he did not have his shield again and the only attack skill he had was not useful because they would not allow him to use it.
"I need a skill," he thought as he looked at them. Their faces were already pale.
