The upcoming Valentine's Day!

"Almost done..." Luke muttered as he sat on the sofa with his suitcase.

The Untraceable Extension Spell wasn't too difficult for him, and soon the space inside the suitcase was as large as an auditorium. He used runes to stabilize the enormous space, ensuring it wouldn't collapse suddenly.

As he finished preparing the suitcase, Hermione arrived, her bare feet making soft sounds on the wooden floor. She looked curiously at the suitcase in Luke's hand.

"Why did you make this?" she asked, her eyes wide with curiosity.

"This huge space is like bare land," she observed, noting its empty, earth-colored interior.

"I remember the Untraceable Extension Spell is considered illegal by the Ministry of Magic..." Hermione added, her brow furrowing.

"If you don't tell anyone, I won't either. No one will know we broke the law!" Luke joked, reaching to pinch Hermione's nose playfully. She deftly avoided his hand.

"Yes, yes... We're both breaking the law," Hermione said, leaning against him and rubbing her cheek against his.

Her curly hair, though a bit itchy, carried a strong floral fragrance. Luke could tell she had a special fondness for jasmine.

"It's itchy..." he said, picking up a strand of her brown curls and sniffing the scent.

After stabilizing the suitcase space, Luke realized it still lacked some things: lighting, greenery, and water. Lights could be fixed with magic, and plants and water could be found around Hogwarts, but it would take some time.

He closed the suitcase and reached for Hermione, who was heading toward the bed.

"Where do you want to go?" Luke asked with a chuckle.

"Too... too late, I want to go to bed!" Hermione said, her smile freezing as she realized the retribution had arrived.

"Sleep?" Luke teased, gently pushing her and pulling her closer.

"You didn't look sleepy just now," he continued with a grin, as Hermione let out a surprised cry.

Under the moonlight, Hermione gazed at Luke's azure blue eyes, as captivating as sapphires, and unconsciously moved closer. However, before she could get near, Luke gently stopped her with his hands.

"What are you doing?" Hermione asked, pouting in frustration.

The atmosphere was clearly romantic, yet Luke had put a halt to it.

"Every time you take the initiative, this time it's my turn," Luke said.

"No—uh!" Hermione protested, but was cut off.

The next day, with the weather growing hotter, the two had removed their school robes and walked out of the Room of Requirement in plain clothes.

Hermione seemed a bit off when she woke up. When she turned to look at Luke, she had a slightly upset expression, which intrigued him.

At breakfast in the auditorium, Harry spotted them right away.

"Did you two have a fight?" Harry asked, his tone curious but not worried.

"I'm not fighting with Luke, it's Ronald I'm mad at!" Hermione retorted.

"Ronald and I aren't the same as you and Luke," Harry shrugged.

Hermione's comment seemed to suggest that she and Luke were like a couple, which made Harry chuckle.

"Good morning, Luke, Hermione," Ronald said, joining them at the table. He looked much healthier today compared to yesterday.

"It seems like you're feeling better," Luke remarked, observing Ronald's improved condition.

"Ah, yeah..." Ronald replied, looking a bit evasive. He had noticed that the diary had disappeared after he woke up.

"Good morning, young wizards," said Lockhart, his brilliant blonde hair shining as he approached. He had a confident smile on his face, as if he had fully embraced his identity.

"Professor Lockhart," the students greeted him.

Despite Lockhart's reputation as a less-than-effective professor, he still carried a certain authority. Luke shot him a curious look, puzzled by his presence at this hour. Lockhart noticed the gaze and flashed a cryptic smile.

"I'm here to find Harry Potter," Lockhart said. "Be sure to come to my office after class today."

With that, he left with an enigmatic smile.

"What's Lockhart want from you?" Ronald asked, turning to Harry.

"Maybe... he just wants me to help him with some letters," Harry replied with a shrug.

"Help him with letters?" Luke echoed, puzzled.

"Yeah," Harry said, his expression showing some frustration. "Lockhart caught me looking for Ronald the night before last and threatened me into helping him reply to fan mail."

"I'll go with you!" Ronald declared, determined to assist his friend.

"It's just some letters," Harry said nonchalantly.

Hermione leaned in to Luke, whispering, "It's not just a few letters. Last time, Lockhart had dozens of owls delivering his fan mail."

"Dozens of owls?" Luke asked, surprised.

"Yes, apparently there are even more letters because Valentine's Day is coming up," Hermione explained. "You haven't forgotten, have you?"

Hermione's eyes twinkled as she took Luke's hand under the table. "How about a surprise for me?"

Valentine's Day? Luke's eyes widened as he realized the date.

"How could I have forgotten? Of course, I have a surprise planned for you," Luke said with a reassuring smile. "Right, my dear Miss Granger?"
